Role Description

We are expanding! In addition to Lalia, Sa Placeta, and Patiki Beach, we are planning a new opening in the spring of 2025. We are now looking for an experienced General Manager to lead all operational pre- and post-opening activities - including building and training the team, support in the concept creation, and establish and execute operational procedures - to ultimately ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Experience in hospitality or club management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
