At Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Iberica, in Barcelona, we carry out all the management involved in the international logistics of spare parts for our cars. Currently, we are looking for a Container Management.

Your main functions will be:

• Manage orders of Load Carriers
• Follow-up of supplier orders
• Comparison and monitoring of stocks, packaging and requirements
• Communication with suppliers and forwatders to ensure timely deliveries
• Claims Management
• Analysis of Load Carrier Stock and collaboration in stock prognosis for Germersheim
• Development of processes for bottleneck situations
• Review and control regarding the potential for savings and quality improvement
• Collaboration with European wide Mercedes-Benz plants to ensure a resilient Supply Chain
• Escalation management with managers and suppliers
• Participation in management and improvement of the operating system to optimize the processes of our headquarters

Qualifications

• Certificate of Higher Education or similar
• Previous experience in product supply logisctics
• High level of Englis and Spanish is mandatory
• German will be an asset
