• Develop and implement financial strategies for the business and handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  
• To act as a hands-on manager, building up and developing functional capabilities within the team, and heading the financial reporting process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
  
• Monitor and analyze the company's financial details with a special focus on the Company's integration process.
  
• Supervise the finance department's daily operations.
  
• Prepare timely and detailed financial reports for management and take care of its quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  
• Coordination and execution of the planning and control cycle.
  
• Provide advise to other functional areas like billing, data security, supply chain, customer credit issues, and taking part in other projects where the Company is involved.
  

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• 8+ years of experience in a Finance Manager role.
  
• Proven experience and involvement in financial integration processes.
  
• Broad organizational skills and hands-on manager.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and the accounting cycle.
  
• Excellent analytic and decision-making skills.
  
• Proficiency in financial software (ERP's), and MS Office.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  
• English is a must.
