Como uno de nuestros Data Scientists de Juegos

Serás una de las personas clave que ayuda a transformar preguntas de negocio en insights accionables. Investigarás y analizarás el comportamiento de los jugadores para generar recomendaciones basadas en datos. Para ello, escucharás a los distintos miembros del equipo, comprenderás el contexto y cuestionarás ideas de negocio cuando sea necesario.

Nuestros Data Scientists utilizan una amplia variedad de técnicas, como estadística frecuentista y bayesiana, machine learning, análisis exploratorio y explicativo de datos, inferencia causal, visualización de datos, modelización Monte Carlo, análisis econométrico, entre otras. La amplitud de estas responsabilidades requiere una gran capacidad de aprendizaje, eficiencia en el trabajo colaborativo y habilidad para comunicar datos e insights de forma clara y efectiva.

Los Data Scientists de Juegos son profesionales que impulsan la toma de decisiones de negocio mediante el uso de datos y análisis profundos.

Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con conjuntos de datos grandes y complejos, disfrutando de la autonomía necesaria para generar un impacto significativo en el éxito de nuestros juegos. Qué harás

• Colaborar con los stakeholders para entender y definir los requisitos de análisis.
• Realizar análisis exploratorios de datos y convertir los hallazgos en preguntas que puedan responderse mediante técnicas analíticas.
• Utilizar analítica avanzada, métodos estadísticos, inferencia causal, machine learning u otras técnicas para responder preguntas y resolver problemas de negocio.
• Comunicar los resultados de forma clara y efectiva.
• Gestionar requisitos poco definidos o ambiguos.
• Explicar análisis complejos e ideas técnicas de manera sencilla y comprensible.
• Trabajar de forma autónoma en proyectos complejos.
• Mantener una actitud de aprendizaje continuo, adquiriendo nuevas habilidades y metodologías relacionadas con la ciencia de datos, la comunicación o la gestión de stakeholders.

Qué buscamos

• Titulación universitaria o experiencia equivalente en un área orientada a los datos.
• Capacidad para utilizar técnicas de visualización de datos con el fin de comunicar análisis e insights de manera efectiva.
• Experiencia utilizando alguna de las siguientes disciplinas para responder preguntas de negocio o científicas: estadística, matemáticas, machine learning, econometría, inferencia causal, modelización Monte Carlo, entre otras.
• Experiencia trabajando con R y/o Python.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Design and improve data pipelines. Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability. Work closely with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and improve the robustness of reporting and analytics systems.
• Develop internal data products and tooling. Help build scalable solutions (e.g., reporting engines, forecasting tools) used by product teams across the company.
• Support platform-wide decision-making. Partner with multiple teams to provide the analytical and modeling backbone for business planning and performance tracking.

Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. Activity Description And Concrete Tasks

• Design and implement scalable data solutions for internal customer use cases

Vous travaillerez sur deux missions principales :

• En mode projet, vous participerez au pilotage de A à Z de projets finaux : collecte des données, pipeline de prétraitement, modélisation et déploiement. Vous contribuerez au développement des 4 axes principaux du groupe :
• Inspection 4.0 : développements d’algorithmes de computer vision et NLP en soutien aux experts métiers sur le terrain
