Para incorporación directa en su estructura, iniciamos la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Operaciones IT con amplia experiencia trabajando en proyectos para el sector Privado.
Funciones principales :
- Responsable de servicios relacionados con el sector privado.
- Elaboración de ofertas técnicas, análisis de viabilidad.
- Aseguramiento de la calidad en el servicio.
- Creación y gestión de equipos de desarrollo.
- Implantación de metodología ágil.
- Gestión, junto a directores de proyecto de nuevos desarrollos, correctivos, preventivos y evolutivos.
- Gestión de problemas, gestión del cambio, implantación de herramientas vanguardistas en el mercado.
- Control económico de las cuentas y reporte a clientes.
- Proceso de facturación en clientes asignados.
- Reuniones periódicas de seguimiento de proyectos para garantizar un servicio excelente y el cumplimiento riguroso de hitos preestablecidos.
Actividades Clave:
- Coordinación y planificación: organización del flujo de trabajo para cumplir con las especificaciones, calidad y plazos de entrega, así como planificar adecuadamente la disponibilidad de los recursos.
- Gestión económica de proyectos y servicios: estimación planificación y cumplimiento en el cálculo de costes, avances de la producción, facturación y cobros. Gestionar indicadores clave para el rendimiento de los proyectos y equipos orientados a la eficiencia, el tiempo comprometido de entrega y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestión de personas y materiales: dotar a los proyectos y servicios de los recursos necesarios de manera óptima, impulsar el trabajo en equipo, fomentar la evolución profesional y la colaboración.
- Gestión de riesgos y problemas: toma de decisiones y gestión proactiva en la mitigación de riesgos y en la resolución de problemas en los proyectos.
- Gestión de la calidad: asegurar que los proyectos cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos y las expectativas contractuales.
- Colaboración con otras áreas: con áreas como la Comercial para establecer estrategias de mercado en sus clientes o Personas para la captación y evolución de su equipo.
- Mejora continua: optimización permanente de la actividad buscando eficiencias.
Requisitos indispensables:
- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en el sector IT.
- Experiencia desarrollando y gestionando proyectos para el sector privado.
- 8 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y servicios de IT relacionados con el desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones.
- Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de equipos.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de entre 3-4 M €/año.
Habilidades:
- Planificación y organización: capacidad para ejecutar y supervisar la producción de proyectos y servicios de IT de envergadura.
- Toma de decisiones: habilidad para avanzarse y resolver problemas.
- Comunicación: buena capacidad de relación con clientes, con el equipo de trabajo a su cargo y con cualquier área de la Compañía con la que se deba relacionar.
- Liderazgo y negociación: dotes para liderar equipos y nivel de interlocución suficiente para dirigir comités de estrategia y dirección en los proyectos, así como de negociación para la resolución de conflictos, cambios de alcance o nuevos proyectos.
- Capacidad de trabajo: para la mejora continua, cumplimiento de compromisos con los clientes y motivación a sus equipos a cargo.
Experiencia y formación:
- Preferiblemente, Diplomatura, Licenciatura o Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial o Matemáticas.
- 8 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y servicios de IT relacionados con el desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones.
- Se valorará experiencia en diferentes sectores como la Administración Pública, Industria o Servicios.
- Valorable haber completado cursos de postgrado y master en la gestión de proyectos y personas.

Pre Contract
- Understand and develop V.E opportunities (both pre and post-contract) Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
- Attendance at post tender interviews
- Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary
- Participating in tender adjudication meetings
Post Contract
- Implementation of all Company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures ensuring statutory compliance across all projects.
- Ensuring each contract is properly planned and programmed.
- Ensuring production and commercial procedures are implemented across all
- projects.
- Preparation of contract budget in conjunction with profit centre surveyor and monitoring of performance and acting when necessary to improve and meet MEP.
- Ensure disciplines are in place for management of labour, sub-contractor, materials and plant costs on all projects
- Attendance at and chairing as appropriate and necessary, Contract Review Meeting
- Ensure delays are properly recorded under the contract to protect company position and ensure contractual entitlement
Experience:
• Form and maintain professional relationships with Client, Project and Design teams and Supply Chain
- Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement

Principali responsabilità
- Responsabilità complessiva per il buon funzionamento e il successo delle operazioni in Italia.
- Relazione diretta con i clienti per la gestione di eventuali problematiche operative.
- Gestione delle criticità in tutte le fasi del ciclo operativo, incluse problematiche di prenotazione, problemi sul gestionale, ritardi/assenze dei partner, problemi ai veicoli, gestione delle sanzioni, ecc.
- Assicurarsi che ogni missione abbia un partner disponibile
- Aggiornamento quotidiano delle fatture per partner e clienti
- Partecipazione al processo di reclutamento, selezione e formazione dei partner.
- Supervisione di tutte le attività amministrative e operative quotidiane.

- Gestione dello staff operativo in base ai volumi di attività.
Requisiti
- Laurea universitaria o esperienza lavorativa in un settore correlato.
