- Enhance user safety. Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns and study compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring their seamless integration into products loved by millions.

- Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £56,345 and £85,797 in London, and €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

Responsibilities
About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced logistics operations manager to manage the overall operation solutions in EU new markets
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the logistics operation across one or multiple EU new markets, including (but not limited) to import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse; Responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics modes;
- Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs, and Logistics Providers;
- As of the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), deep the root cause of issue, feedback on the expected solution and business impact to solutions, providing short-term solution/support to the biz before long fixing is in place, driving the result until change deployment;
- Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed;
- Manage day-to-day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operations management background;
- Excellent understanding of any segment of logistics operation, including (but not limited to) data integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance;
- Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management across multiple EU markets;
- Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid working experience in platform logistics across pan-EU markets, with deep understanding and working relationships with major courier companies;
- Fair understanding of e-commerce marketplace operation and governance policy;
- Able to do short-term business travel within Europe and UK.

Empresa del sector ecommerce y retail digital, en fase de crecimiento y profesionalización de su estructura operativa, busca incorporar un/a Customer Operations Manager – SAT para liderar y optimizar toda el área de atención al cliente y postventa.
Misión: Ser responsable del Servicio de Atención al Cliente (SAT) y de las Customer Operations, asegurando una experiencia de cliente excelente, ordenada y escalable, actuando como nexo entre cliente, operaciones y equipos internos, con capacidad real de decisión y mejora continua de procesos.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Servicio de Atención al Cliente (SAT)
- Gestión integral del SAT, principalmente en español y con capacidad de atención en inglés.
- Centralización, seguimiento y resolución de incidencias a través de distintos canales.
- Gestión de cambios, devoluciones, reembolsos y reclamaciones.
- Resolución de conflictos complejos con criterio, empatía y foco en fidelización.
- Escalado y seguimiento de casos sensibles cuando sea necesario.
Operativa Ecommerce
- Gestión avanzada de pedidos e incidencias a través de plataformas ecommerce (Shopify u otras).
- Uso de herramientas de ticketing y atención al cliente (tipo Gorgias), incluyendo automatizaciones.
- Coordinación directa con operadores logísticos para seguimiento de envíos y resolución de incidencias.
Ownership de la postventa
- Definición, aplicación y mejora continua de políticas de cambios, devoluciones y compensaciones.
- Toma de decisiones operativas dentro de un marco claro, cuidando experiencia de cliente, marca y margen.
Voz del cliente y mejora continua
- Identificación de patrones recurrentes en incidencias y reclamaciones.
- Traslado estructurado de feedback a equipos internos (producto, web, operaciones).
- Participación activa en la mejora de la experiencia de compra y postventa.
Procesos, automatización y reporting
- Optimización de flujos de atención al cliente.
- Reducción de tickets repetitivos mediante automatización y mejora de procesos.
- Documentación de procedimientos para garantizar orden y escalabilidad.
- Reporting periódico de KPIs de SAT y comunicación clara con responsables internos.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia demostrable en Servicio de Atención al Cliente dentro de ecommerce.
- Perfil mid–senior, muy organizado, resolutivo y con visión de negocio.
- Conocimientos sólidos de plataformas ecommerce (Shopify muy valorable).
- Experiencia con herramientas de SAT/ticketing y automatización.
- Español nativo o muy alto; inglés nivel profesional funcional.
- Capacidad analítica, de reporting y comunicación con perfiles senior.
- Alta orientación a cliente, pero con criterio operativo y autonomía.
