What You'll Do
- Conduct system analysis of cross-platform products, including backend applications, wallet, third-party integrations, REST APIs, and BI.
- Define and characterize new requirements based on product strategy and customer needs.
- Write feature, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs).
- Perform analysis and specification for integration with third-party systems.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments: CRM and Analysis, B2C, Compliance and Support, Technologies, etc.
- Take ownership of a feature’s lifecycle from concept through launch, and handle ongoing analysis and optimization phases.
- Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize products and their performance successfully.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in system analysis and product management, including writing functional requirements or detailed build documents.
- Experience in Agile methodology — an advantage.
- Experience in internet or software companies.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and service skills; self-motivated, diligent, and well-organized.
- Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals and user needs
- Drive the product roadmap: Prioritize features and capabilities across sprints and releases, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and user feedback
- Lead Agile delivery: Manage the product backlog, define sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of high-value increments
- Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with business users, data scientists, and domain experts to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Partner with technical leads: Align on architecture, abstraction layers, and implementation strategies to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
- Champion user-centric design: Ensure products deliver intuitive, impactful experiences by incorporating feedback loops and usability testing
- Ensure transparency and alignment: Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions across teams and leadership
- Measure success: Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations
- Foster continuous improvement: Promote agile best practices, retrospectives, and experimentation to evolve both product and process
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software or data platform environments
- Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures, AWS services, and Snowflake
- Familiarity with data abstraction layers and platform-as-a-product principles
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering impactful solutions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

What You´ll Do:
As a Senior IT Product Owner EPM, you will own the vision and delivery of our EPM planning solutions, ensuring they effectively support key Finance and Sales processes. Acting as a central link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive scalable, data-driven planning solutions with a strong focus on value and usability.

- Define and maintain the Smart Planners product vision and roadmap
