Main Responsibilities
Position Overview
Within Sanofi GenMed, the Population Health Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in defining and executing customized patient pathways for the early detection and management of patient at risk of Autoimmune disease (nowadays focused on Type 1 Diabetes) across various hospitals within the company's scope. Reporting to the Population Health Strategy Head and collaborating with other departments within Sanofi GenMed, including medical teams and sales networks, the Population Health Strategy Lead will be responsible for analyzing current healthcare processes, co-creating value propositions in alignment with Sanofi's guidelines, and overseeing their successful implementation and monitoring. Success in this role will depend on a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, healthcare processes, and exceptional communication, analytical, and teamwork skills and a strong focus on identifying stakeholders and ensuring their engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Pathway Definition and Management: Develop and manage customized patient pathways for various hospitals within Sanofi Spain's purview, with a focus on providing comprehensive and efficient patient care.
- Stakeholder Identification: Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders, such as physicians, nursing staff, IT, Quality, etc.. to ensure seamless implementation of patient pathways.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster robust engagement and collaboration from key stakeholders to drive the successful adoption of patient pathways.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sanofi Spain's medical departments and sales networks to ensure that value propositions align with the company's objectives.
- Healthcare Process Analysis: Evaluate and analyze existing healthcare processes within hospitals, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
- Value Proposition Co-Creation: Participate in the co-creation of value propositions tailored to address patient needs while adhering to Sanofi's corporate guidelines.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of patient pathways, continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Ecosystem: Stay abreast of developments in the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, healthcare processes, and relevant regulations to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Ecosystem: Prior experience in healthcare process management with a deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate strong and effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and process evaluation, enabling the identification of areas for improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Teamwork: Strong aptitude for collaborating effectively with various departments and multidisciplinary teams within Sanofi Spain.
- Reporting: The Population Health Strategy Lead will report directly to the Population Health Strategy Head at Sanofi Spain.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Life science degree is a plus).
- Knowledge of lean methodology is a plus.
- Relevant work experience with proven impact in building value-based projects.

Your job, as Customer Care Project Support Officer VIE within our Manufacturing and Supply team, will be to support the iShift Program to:
- Design standardized E2E processes to generate business value for the Group and deliver best in class collaborative solutions to our Customers.
- Deliver innovative state of the art tools, processes enabling Supply Chain as a Global Function.
- Secure Customer Care functionalities in SHIFT program and ensure consistency of business and IT architecture.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate business related activities of the implementation of the iShift program, processes and tools according to the roadmap and timelines and according to overall program guidelines and roll-out methodology.
- Provide support for design and implementation of core standardized process within SAP S/4Hana focused on Customer service processes (such as: Order taking, acceptance, fulfillment, delivery and invoice, claims and returns management etc).
- Collaborate according to the project to secure testing, training, cutover, Hypercare phase during roll-out according to Shift project responsible, accountable, consulted and informed (RACI).
- Support scoping during the deployments, perform gap analysis and solution definition and complete and/or develop trainings approach and ensure, the necessary training documentation is well maintained for assigned projects (f.e. Key business rules, Process map, training material update according to the evolution of the Core model, Define the needs for localization with the objective to stick as much as possible to the core model, Detect process improvement area and promote locale best practices and innovation, Prepare report regularly status progress to project and program management).
- Identify the human and organizational impacts/change impact analysis.
- Collaborate with the Central Change Management team and the Project Deploy responsible to organize the change management actions.

The iShift Product Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for all iShift Pod (Agile Product Team). (S)He helps educate the Pod in Scrum and Agile at scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. (S)He also helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
iShift is a key strategic program for Sanofi to create a modern ERP solution that will serve as a foundation and accelerator for the company’s digital ambition.
The program is a strategic initiative aiming at harmonizing & simplifying ERP related business processes through the implementation of SAP latest technology (S/4 HANA).
Target Harmonization Level Is 80/18/2

The iShift Product Scrum Master & Agile Coach will be the owner of the Agile methodology for the iShift program and be the iShift Agile coach. He will also be accountable for leading the iShift Program Increment for core features and business value projects and he will support the Agile practice for deployment teams.
Main Responsibilities
iShift Agile methodology ownership
- Owns the methodology continuous improvement; establishes and refines processes that work for the team
- Makes sure the supporting tools like Jira and Confluence are setup to help the teams and are aligned with methodology evolution
- Keeps the methodology documentation up to date including program newcomer onboarding and roll-out kits
- Organizes training sessions to promote and master agility practices
- Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development
- Helps the Product Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Coaches team through Epics and stories, meet the delivery team’s Definition of Ready
- Prepare and Facilitates Project Increment planning throughout each PI
