We are seeking an Oncology Clinical Researcher to bring deep expertise in cancer clinical trials into AI-driven research and evaluation workflows. In this role, you will ensure that oncology trial data used to train and assess advanced AI systems reflects real-world regulatory, scientific, and clinical standards.

What You’ll Do
- Design and run oncology clinical trials by developing study protocols, overseeing patient enrollment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Analyze cancer trial data, including safety, efficacy, and biomarker results, to evaluate how well treatments perform.
- Translate trial outcomes into regulatory and scientific reports used for FDA/EMA submissions, publications, and clinical decision-making.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical insights for accuracy, clinical relevance, and regulatory alignment.
- Experience designing and managing oncology clinical trials from protocol development through data readout.
- Strong background in analyzing oncology clinical data, including endpoints, safety profiles, and biomarkers.
- Familiarity with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems

The aim of compliance-driven due diligence is to assess our clients' actual or potential counterparties, looking for any issues that might pose a reputational or other risk to them.
As part of a dedicated team (VANTAGE), the compliance due diligence researcher role involves media research, working with databases, primary documents and other sources to uncover reputational and criminal issues and ultimate beneficial ownership, as well as making sense of complex corporate structures and identifying possible political and sanctions exposure.
Your main task will be to review, coordinate and report the findings of OSINT and HUMINT research concisely within short timeframes. A meticulous eye for detail is a must in this challenging, fast-paced role. The right candidate will be a team player who can maintain a positive attitude under pressure. You will be required to make sense of complex information and have a clear and crisp writing style.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Work on a range of due diligence assignments, which include corporate compliance/ABAC/ESG and financial crime/IPO/KYC projects
- Conduct media and database research using complex search criteria and following a strict methodology
- Liaise with in-country source networks to obtain relevant compliance-related information not available via OSINT sources.
- Analyse search results within the context of the project and the country,
- Distil conclusions and identify indirect connections from research findings
- Rate findings based on standard or tailored risk assessment methodologies
- Summarise all relevant findings in a report
- When required, brief and present findings to internal colleagues
- Collaborate with team members across the firm to deliver joint projects
- Essential
- Knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives, and research in the general internet
- Knowledge of the business, political, and social context of a geographical area
- Native or equivalent fluency in English and Turkish
- Excellence in research and writing in English and clear communication style
- Communicate complex topics verbally and in writing effectively
- Ability to summarise large amounts of information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Curiosity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Offer Description
This position involves the development of a miniaturized low power Hall Thruster and its neutralizer.
The second task will be the characterization of its performance and understanding of main physical phenomena, by employing state-of-art plasma diagnostics.
The contract will be funded under the regional research project, MLPLUS-CM.
Selected candidates will join the Plasma and Space Propulsion Team (EP2, ep2.uc3m.es) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid under the supervision of professor J. Navarro-Cavallé and with close collaboration with other researchers within the EP2 Team.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications
Young MSc holder (and a total of 300 ECTS completed among BSc + MSc)
Strong background in the following disciplines: Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Scientific computing, Plasma Physics, Fluid Dynamics, Electromagnetism.
Excellent candidates from other disciplines are also invited to apply.
Previous design/laboratory experience is highly desirable.
Outstanding academic record; critical & creative thinking.
Team-working and communications skills; Previous international experience desirable
Ability to deal independently and proactively with scientific and engineering challenges.
