¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
Un Web Project Senior especialista en e-commerce que quiera sumergirse en el fascinante universo digital de nuestro cliente. Buscamos a alguien que, con energía y creatividad, se convierta en el héroe que coordine y eleve nuestro ecosistema web a nuevas alturas.

TUS FUNCIONES SERÁN:
* Ecosistema Web:
· Coordinar con proveedores de desarrollo web y ser parte activa en procesos de UX: inventario de contenidos, co-creación de arquitecturas de información y revisión de prototipos.
· Supervisar el diseño gráfico y definir funcionalidades que sorprendan.
· Realizar revisiones de entregables, aplicando QA y debugging para garantizar la excelencia.
· Colaborar con equipos técnicos internos, supervisando la integración de flujos con Salesforce y revisando casos de uso.
· Editar contenidos en nuestro CMS y ser el enlace clave entre las distintas áreas de la empresa que necesitan soluciones web innovadoras.
· Mantenerte al día sobre las estrategias de captación y comunicación de la competencia para mantenernos siempre un paso adelante.

* Analítica y Medición:
· Analizar datos y métricas para identificar áreas de mejora y proponer acciones de optimización.
· Realizar análisis profundos de la conversión con una fuerte orientación a e-commerce.
· Implementar buenas prácticas SEO para que nuestro sitio brille en los buscadores.
· Colaborar en la implementación de métricas que nos ayuden a alcanzar nuestros ambiciosos objetivos.
· Gestionar y desarrollar el trabajo con diversos partners tecnológicos y ecosistemas web, ¡porque juntos somos más fuertes!

Mission:

At Kubit Team, we are committed to build cutting-edge and open-source web components that empower the creation of high-performance user interfaces.

As a front-end developer in Kubit team, your mission is to develop and optimize a set of flexible, scalable and usable UI components that are easy to enhance user experiences across various platforms.

You will collaborate with a expert team and a passionate community of developers. We aim to contribute to an ecosystem that prioritizes performance, accessibility and modern web standards.

Together, we will deliver innovative components that elevate the development experience for creators worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to web development with React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

- Given that a large part of our product is based on code libraries that will be consumed by multiple teams, a strong emphasis is placed on testing. Your role includes crafting a robust test suite using Jest and react-testing-library.

- Actively contribute to the enhancement and definition of our front-end architecture, rooted in clean architecture principles, SOLID, hexagonal architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

- Collaborating in the improvement of our shared libraries, fostering a culture that welcomes individual contributions from all engineering team members, regardless of seniority!

- Engage in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and actively contribute to reinforcing common best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Approach tasks with a results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of your deliveries and encouraging strong communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders. We´re all committed to promote and foster a healthy and collaborative culture!

What are we looking for in this position?

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Javascript.

- 1+ years of proficient experience with Typescript, expertise in generics, type narrowing, and other advanced topics will be valued.

- A minimum of 2 years of focused experience with ReactJS frameworks last versions, demonstrating a deep understanding of compound components and associated concepts.

- Proven track record in writing unit tests using Jest and react-testing-library, or similar testing frameworks.

- Proficiency in CSS, with a preference for experience with Sass or Less preprocessors or CSS-in-JS solutions.

- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in the context of Javascript.

- Familiarity with SOLID principles, clean architecture concepts, and a profound understanding of general software design patterns, including where and why to apply them.

- Good communication skills both in English and Spanish at a B2-C1 level.

Nice to have:

- Understanding of hexagonal (ports & adapters) architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

- Knowledge of Next.js > 13

- Experience in System Design

- Experience in OpenSource projects
