Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel located in Capdepera. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing service standards, food service operations, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Hospitality or Culinary Management degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
