Role Description

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving company where you’ll have the opportunity to shape our digital presence. We’re looking for someone who can manage our website, create engaging content, and oversee digital marketing efforts to help us grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Website Management & Content Creation – Maintain and update website content.
• Social Media & Blog Content – Plan, create, and publish high-quality content that aligns with our brand.
• Website Admin & CRM – Manage backend admin tasks and customer relationship management.
• Email Marketing – Plan and send newsletters to keep our audience engaged.
• Ads Coordination – Work closely with our advertising team to ensure campaigns align with our goals.
• Brand & Design – Have an eye for design to ensure everything reflects the Mas Maya brand.

What We're Looking For:

• Confident communicating in English (written and spoken).
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or website management.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
• An eye for design and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach—ready to take ownership of tasks.
