Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is important, along with attention to detail and the ability to analyze candidate qualifications. Fluency in English and one other language from our specialty industries (social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications) is preferred.
