As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be at the heart of the company’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Research & Content Creation – Assist in drafting articles, blogs, and presentations.

✅ Event & Seminar Coordination – Plan and manage events, ensuring seamless execution.

✅ Compliance Support – Maintain key documentation and internal records.

✅ Executive Administration – Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and correspondence.

✅ General Business Support – Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency.

🔹 Fluent in Spanish (compulsory); Portuguese is a plus.

🔹 Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

🔹 Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

🔹 Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

🔹 Based in La Cala de Mijas or nearby.
