The Role

Responsible for managing and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring performance, security, and stability. Provides technical support for hardware and software issues, collaborates with IT teams, and improves the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-user devices.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support common applications Microsoft products, VPN and collaboration tools).
  • Manage device imaging, security compliance, and asset tracking.
  • Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
  • Provide user training and liaise with vendors.
  • Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) for incident tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Local language
  • Expertise in Windows, macOS, and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, remote desktop, and endpoint management tools.
  • Experience with SCCM, MDT, or similar imaging tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ITIL knowledge and familiarity with incident management.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
