Role Description

This is a contract Talent Manager role at The Settlement LLC located in Seville, with flexibility for remote work within Spain. The Talent Manager will be responsible for scouting and recruiting emerging artists, performers, and models, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities. The role involves cultivating talent, overseeing career development, and fostering connections.

Qualifications

• Talent Scouting, Contract Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Promotional Activities Coordination and Networking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Proficiency in project management and event planning
• Knowledge of RnB, Soul-Jazz, House or Classical music genres
