As a Data Scientist, you´ll join our Data Science team, distributed across Paris, Lyon, Barcelona, and Brussels.

The team focuses on implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our recommender systems.

You will design and experiment with algorithms that power personalized recommendations across millions of users. Y

Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and evaluate recommender system models using state-of-the-art ML techniques.

• Evaluar la eficacia y precisión de las nuevas fuentes de datos y aplicar técnicas de recopilación de datos.
• A partir de los datos disponibles y haciendo uso de algoritmos desarrollar modelos personalizados para resolver las iniciativas de IA existentes.
• Utilice el modelado predictivo para aumentar y optimizar las experiencias de los clientes, la generación de ingresos, la segmentación de anuncios y otros resultados empresariales.
• Diseñar marcos de prueba A / B y determinar siempre una métrica para evaluar los modelos.
• Coordinarse con diferentes equipos funcionales para implementar modelos y monitorizar los resultados.
• Desarrollar procesos y herramientas para supervisar y analizar el rendimiento del modelo y la precisión de los datos.

Bachelor¿s or Master¿s degree in operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in optimization or a related role.

Strong experience with metaheuristic optimization techniques (e.g., Genetic Algorithms, PSO, SA).

Proven ability to translate complex mathematical problems into actionable optimization algorithms.

Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Scipy), as well as optimization-focused libraries like PuLP, Pyomo, and metaheuristic frameworks such as Mealpy,DEAP and Optuna.

Strong understanding of business rule modeling and constraint programming.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

English fluency.
