About the Role
Nobu Hotel Madrid is preparing to open its doors, and we are looking for an exceptional Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division of this flagship luxury lifestyle property.
As Director of Rooms, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Spa, ensuring every guest experience is delivered with precision, warmth, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
· Act as a visible ambassador of Nobu culture, standards, and values, providing both strategic direction and hands-on leadership to drive a high-performance, guest-centric Rooms Division
· Lead all pre-opening activities for the Rooms Division, including team structuring, recruitment, onboarding, SOP development, and ongoing training, ensuring full operational readiness and alignment with brand standards at launch.
· Establish and manage annual operating budgets, including capital expenditure and people budgets, ensuring strong financial discipline
· Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable initiatives to drive operational excellence and commercial results
· Protect and elevate the Nobu brand at property level, ensuring all guest touchpoints are delivered to standard while fostering innovation aligned with brand DNA
