🎯 Tu misión

Liderarás el área de Activos, garantizando la disponibilidad, fiabilidad y seguridad de toda nuestra flota de Grúas telescópicas y de celosía, Camiones, Plataformas Elevadoras y activos auxiliares y asociados. Serás responsable de la planificación técnica, la estandarización de procedimientos y la coordinación operativa de todas las unidades del área: Talleres (Madrid y Bilbao), Recambios, Campas, Almacenes, Compras Operativas, Compras Internas y Facility Management.

🔩 Responsabilidades principales

Talleres

• Definir y supervisar el plan maestro de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
• Priorizar órdenes de trabajo en coordinación con Operaciones
• Implantar protocolos de seguridad en entornos de taller
• Coordinar repuestos y capacidades técnicas entre sedes

Almacenes y Campas

• Estandarizar procesos de recepción, almacenamiento y entrega de equipos
• Controlar inventarios, movimientos internos y trazabilidad de activos
• Auditar procesos y supervisar inventarios cíclicos

Compras Operativas

• Definir procedimientos estándar y urgentes de compra
• Homologar proveedores y gestionar RFQ, comparativos y negociaciones
• Garantizar control documental, calidad de recepciones y reporting de KPIs

Compras Internas y Facility Management

• Definir catálogo interno y niveles de autorización
• Coordinar mantenimiento de instalaciones y auditorías
• Asegurar estándares de seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento normativo

🎓 Requisitos

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica u Organización Industrial
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos de responsabilidad en mantenimiento de flota industrial, talleres, almacenes o compras operativas
• Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y centros operativos
• Conocimiento de normativa de seguridad industrial y PRL
• Manejo de ERP, GMAO y herramientas de análisis de datos
• Inglés B2 (deseable C1)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Regularly update the Managing Director of Legends Global Iberia / Head of Global Planning Europe on all project matters, highlighting risks, client‑impacting issues, and proposed solutions.
• Oversee team operations including performance reviews, goal setting, project reviews, training, and team‑building initiatives.
• Manage billing, fee agreements, resource allocation, and identify and negotiate fees for additional work as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with key Iberia Project Development clients and ensure Project Managers keep clients fully informed on project status, issues, and required processes.
• Ensure all team outputs—documentation, reporting, client communication, and project management—meet high professional standards.
• Lead major development and construction projects from inception to close‑out, including strategy development, site and permitting matters, procurement and management of consultants/contractors, contract administration, cost and schedule control, project execution planning, risk management, change control, and chairing/recording meetings.
  
  

About You

• University degree in a construction related discipline or experience of working in a construction consultancy business
• Experience working in a construction project management consulting business in Iberia
• Experience in a team management role in a construction project management consulting business
• Experience in project managing construction projects with a value over €20m
• Ideally (but not essential) experience in managing design and construction of stadium or arena or related projects
• Ability to travel across Iberia on a regular basis including overnight stays
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

Misión del puesto

Liderar y desarrollar la línea de negocio de Contact Center, garantizando la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad y el crecimiento sostenible. Será responsable de definir el modelo operativo, impulsar la transformación y asegurar un servicio de alto valor para los clientes.

Responsabilidades principales3. Liderazgo y gestión de equipos

• Dirección operativa
• Liderar la operación global de contact center.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLAs, calidad de servicio y objetivos de negocio.
• Definir e implantar el modelo operativo, asegurando eficiencia y escalabilidad.
• Supervisar el control presupuestario, costes y rentabilidad de la línea.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, mejora y optimización
• Gestión y control de proyectos
• Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos.
• Impulsar el crecimiento de la línea mediante nuevas oportunidades y servicios Supervisar la correcta ejecución de servicios y cumplimiento contractual.
• Participar en procesos comerciales, propuestas y desarrollo de soluciones
• Definir KPIs y cuadros de mando para seguimiento de negocio y operaciones.
• Dirigir equipos multidisciplinares.
• Coordinar estructuras operativas en entornos multiculturales.
• Dimensionar equipos según necesidades y evolución del negocio.
• Impulsar una cultura orientada a resultados, eficiencia y calidad.

• Más de 8 años en dirección de operaciones en contact center, BPO o entornos similares.
• Experiencia gestionando unidades de negocio o grandes cuentas.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team.
• Having the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro-activities, etc.
• Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all.
• Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns.
• Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Audiovisual Communication or Graphic Design / Visual Design OR have previous experience (+2 years)Knowledge in Adobe suite.
• Knowledge and use of AI (for sketches and mockups).
• Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
• Have a sense of teamwork and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves and respect each other.
• Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.
• Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off.
• Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
