Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model:
This role is contributing to the Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR/AGV) area in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at our clients' facilities, primarily in Spain, but also at various customer sites across Europe and the United States
- Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote and onsite activity
- Working with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points
- Preparation of the necessary materials and submission of internal travel requests to visit the client, ensuring the effectiveness and timely execution of the scheduled activities
- Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
Qualifications For The Role
- You are highly skilled in maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally in industrial automation or robotics
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagrams.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A technical training degree as electronics or mechanics, maintenance, robotics and industrial automation. Preferably with knowledge in electrical systems and industrial robotics.
- Spanish or English language a must, strongly preferred both; highly valued other European languages
- Current B (car) driving license valid in Spain and Europe and Spanish residency permission

About the Role:
We are a premier European construction group, seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Structures Site Manager for a prestigious, large-scale tunnel project in Oslo, Norway. This is a key expatriate leadership role where you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of critical structural works.
You will provide direct, on-site leadership to the structures construction team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical execution are met. Acting as the right hand to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for transforming engineering designs into built reality, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct management and technical leadership to the on-site structures construction team (supervisors, foremen, contractors).
- Closely support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all structural activities on the tunnel project.

- Role Experience: Mandatory previous experience in a Site Manager or senior construction management role on a major project.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of reinforced concrete, tunnel lining, sequencing, and heavy civil construction techniques.
- Language: Full professional fluency in English (the project working language). Knowledge of Norwegian or a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a complex, fast-paced environment. Must be adaptable and solution-oriented.
