En Esbrina buscamos incorporar un/a Loyalty IT Project Manager para dar soporte tecnológico a la evolución de un programa de fidelización internacional de uno de nuestros clientes del sector fashion retail, con presencia global y millones de clientes.

La persona se integrará en un equipo ágil y multidisciplinar de tecnología, trabajando estrechamente con áreas de CRM, Loyalty, Customer Analytics y Customer Experience, y actuando como referente IT para el negocio.

🎯 Tu misión

• Dar soporte tecnológico al equipo de CRM–Loyalty en la gestión de la plataforma de fidelización, integraciones y soluciones IT.
• Liderar la ejecución técnica del roadmap del programa de fidelización (integraciones, despliegues por mercado y evolutivos).
• Coordinar la correcta aplicación técnica del diseño del programa de loyalty en los distintos sistemas del cliente.
• Garantizar una visión global y unificada de los datos de cliente y fidelización.

🛠️ Tu rol

• Planificar y liderar el delivery end-to-end de iniciativas (alcance, hitos, dependencias, riesgos y comunicación).
• Coordinar equipos IT (Integraciones, Data Engineering, Producto Digital, Seguridad, etc.) para asegurar entregas sincronizadas.
• Definir y gobernar el modelo de integración (APIs, eventos y procesos batch).
• Definir requisitos no funcionales: SLAs, rendimiento, resiliencia y criterios de aceptación.
• Asegurar la estabilidad operativa y la calidad del dato (monitorización, gestión de incidentes y mejora continua).
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad y privacidad (GDPR, consentimiento, minimización, retención y auditoría), en colaboración con los equipos especializados.

👤 Qué buscamos

• Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.
• Mínimo 8 años de experiencia, con al menos 3 años como Project Manager o Product Owner en proyectos de CRM, Loyalty o Customer Experience.
• Experiencia trabajando con plataformas de Loyalty, tanto a nivel funcional como técnico.
• Conocimiento de los fundamentos de un programa de fidelización (objetivos, mecánicas y análisis de datos).
• Experiencia integrando APIs y servicios de múltiples fuentes.
• Conocimientos sólidos de SQL, especialmente en entornos como BigQuery u Oracle.
• Perfil organizado, proactivo, orientado al cliente y a la entrega de valor.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples stakeholders y trabajar en entornos complejos.

The Role

Your day-to-day

A Security Threat Intelligence and Hunting Analyst is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for analyzing and detecting cyber threats and malware impacting the company.

Bally’s Interactive is looking for an Acquisition Campaign Manager to join our Spain Marketing team to deliver against our growth objectives. The primary purpose of the Acquisition Campaign Manager is to drive customer acquisition by leading and executing operational strategies to activate audiences across direct marketing channels. This involves meticulous planning, effective audience segmentation, and strategic content development to convert database leads into depositing customers. The role also requires documenting and optimising omni channel marketing processes, analysing campaign performance, and continuously improving operational efficiency.

So, what will you be doing?

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement overall performance marketing strategies, across Biddable media (PPC, paid social, display, etc.) and Affiliates, aligned with the company's goals in iCasino and Sports Betting.
• Budget Management: Oversee and optimise the budget allocation across various media channels to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring professional development opportunities.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring they are well-structured, targeted, and monitored closely to achieve desired outcomes.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics and KPIs for different biddable media channels to identify areas of improvement, growth opportunities, and challenges.
• A/B Testing and Optimisation: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Collaboration with Creative and Brand Teams: Work closely with the creative and brand teams to align messaging and visuals with performance marketing efforts, ensuring a joined up customer experience.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Utilise data insights and market research to make informed decisions, drive marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver quality services and contribute to the overall performance goals.
• Affiliate Program Strategy and Management: Develop, execute, and manage the affiliate marketing program, monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
• Sports Acquisition Focus: Develop and drive Sports-specific acquisition strategies, focusing on capturing prospects during peak sports periods.
• Media Alignment with Sports Calendar: allocate media spend and launch campaigns in direct alignment with the global and local sports calendar (e.g., major European football leagues, major tournaments, Champions League)
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and biddable media, and apply relevant insights to enhance the marketing efforts.

• Bid Management Experience: Proficiency in bid optimisation strategies and tools to maximise ROI.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms to interpret campaign metrics effectively.
• Budgeting and Financial Management Experience: Ability to manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide direction, and inspire them to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies, ideas, and results to team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Capacity to identify challenges and devise innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Primary Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills, and Coach Service training. You will responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will represent Coach to the consumer, act as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customers’ needs are consistently exceeded.
