You will…
- Represent the product in the various governance bodies.
- Establish, nurture and communicate the product vision, in line with business strategy and business users‘expectations
- Be responsible to request the Project and Maintenance budget for the product.
- Be responsible for the Customer Experience of the product.
- Define the features that are expected in the product (from projects, from maintenance, from continuous improvement)
- Challenge requirements from other business contributors
- Work closely with the IT owner, realization team and take day to day decisions.
- Evaluate business value and set priorities (prioritization of product backlog), fostering consensus on value from the different business representatives.
- Formalize expectations of product performance and delivered value through SLA
- You are required to adhere at all times to all and any regulatory requirements that apply to AXA Partners and AXA Group
- In the course of your duties, you are required to always consider the needs of the customer and how best you can serve them, for example always having regard to our requirements to treat our customers fairly.
- You must adhere to all internal policies and procedures regarding the management of your team (when applicable)
- Evaluate the business value for each story.
- Prioritize stories (prep, development, validation)
- Keep Product Backlog clean and up to date.
- Organize preparation (workshops, deliverables).
- Assist Agile team in understanding stories.
- Answer/Solve questions & issues.
- Relay Agile team blocking questions/issues.
- Organize Validation (Users tests)
- Pronounce Story validation during sprint Review.
- Manage Report & Committees (Prepare, Animate, Minutes)
- Arbitrates on local demands
- Manages the budget transfer requests.
You must:
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Expertise in functional domain, IT solutions knowledge a plus.
- Understanding of other functional areas.
- Previous experience with IT teams preferred.
- Multinational work experience.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in English, foreign language skills advantageous.
- Effective communication and professional work ethic.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the digital customer experience for Vodafone Business, focusing on the in-life journey of customers purchasing Beyond Connectivity products. Llevarás a cabo las acciones comerciales necesarias para asegurar un aprovisionamiento óptimo en la web de Bershka.
Prepararás las acciones promocionales del canal online junto con todas las áreas implicadas de e-Commerce y los diferentes departamentos de Comercial Países, Marketing y Comunicación.

Tienes con excelentes capacidades analíticas, organizativas, y, con una visión estratégica orientada a resultados.
Eres una persona con especial sensibilidad por la moda y el producto, con un buen conocimiento de las tendencias del mercado, así como de nuestros competidores.
Has estudiado ADE o estudios similares, sin experiencia profesional o con un máximo de 1 año desde que te graduaste.
Además, te motiva trabajar en un entorno colaborativo, dinámico y en constante evolución.
