Founding Engineer – Full-stack Developer at Altan

• Develop end-to-end features using modern React frontend and Python backend services
• Design and optimize robust databases and queries with SQL
• Implement secure and efficient API integrations and authentication systems
• Collaborate closely with our AI agents, leveraging CAGI to continuously improve and automate the development process
• Take ownership of your codebase, from initial concept to production deployment and beyond

• Proven experience in full-stack development (React, Python, SQL)
• Strong proficiency in backend (API design, integration, authentication)
• Deep understanding of modern web development (CSS, responsive design)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, passionate about innovation, and eager to make significant contributions from day one
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
