NoOffer DescriptionIdiPAZ selects a Medical Specialist in Clinical Pharmacology under the professional category of Senior Graduate to join the research group led by Antonio Javier Carcas Sansuan, Area Specialist in Clinical Pharmacology at the Hospital Universitario la Paz.The IdiPAZ Health Research Institute is the result of a partnership between the Hospital Universitario La Paz, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Healthcare Advisory Council of the Community of Madrid and the Foundation for Biomedical Research of Hospital Universitario La Paz, which will be the managing body of the Institute.
This strategic alliance has made it possible to tackle research projects through joint multidisciplinary teams belonging to these institutions, making the most of the human and material resources available to these entities for research and promoting research fundraising.In 2021, the scientific production of IdiPAZ included more than 1,600 publications (articles, editorials, letters, reviews, etc), 43% of the publications being our own documents.
Original research and review articles by IdiPAZ researchers exceeded 1,200, more than 45% in the first quartile and more than 16% were published in journals of the first decile.
Researchers from our institute have shown their participation in national and international scientific networks, with more than 81% of the total number of papers published in collaboration (81.3%).
As for collaborative publications, almost 56% were national collaborations and 45% were international collaborations.Since our formal incorporation as an Institute in 2009, we have been implementing measures and actions of particular importance that have laid the foundations for a new organizational culture based on equality, diversity and non-discrimination.
Our values are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, the 2030 Agenda and the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of the Hospital Universitario La Paz, within whose scope the Foundation is included.

- Creación y Presentación de Contenido: Generar contenido relevante y atractivo para nuestras plataformas, incluyendo la aparición en videos (principalmente para Instagram, TikTok y YouTube).
- Gestión de Redes Sociales: Crear, programar y publicar contenido en nuestras principales plataformas.
- Interacción con la Comunidad: Responder a comentarios y mensajes, moderar y fomentar la participación.
- Análisis y Estrategia: Monitorizar las métricas de rendimiento, identificar tendencias y colaborar en la mejora continua de nuestra estrategia de contenido.
Perfil que buscamos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 2-3 años como Community Manager.
- Habilidad para Video y fotografía : Capacidad demostrable para tomar fotografías y aparecer en cámara de forma natural y profesional. Es importante tener buena dicción y facilidad para comunicar eficazmente. Se valorarán ejemplos de videos o trabajos previos.
- Dominio de Plataformas: Experiencia sólida en la gestión de Instagram, Facebook, TikTok y YouTube.
- Creatividad y Proactividad: Persona con iniciativa para proponer ideas de contenido y ejecutarlas de forma autónoma.
- Comunicación: Excelente capacidad de redacción y ortografía en español.
- Herramientas Digitales: Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de redes sociales y software de edición básica de video/imagen.

This strategic alliance has made it possible to tackle research projects through joint multidisciplinary teams belonging to these institutions, making the most of the human and material resources available to these entities for research and promoting research fundraising.In 2021, the scientific production of IdiPAZ included more than 1,600 publications (articles, editorials, letters, reviews, etc), 43% of the publications being our own documents.
Original research and review articles by IdiPAZ researchers exceeded 1,200, more than 45% in the first quartile and more than 16% were published in journals of the first decile.
Researchers from our institute have shown their participation in national and international scientific networks, with more than 81% of the total number of papers published in collaboration (81.3%).
As for collaborative publications, almost 56% were national collaborations and 45% were international collaborations.Since our formal incorporation as an Institute in 2009, we have been implementing measures and actions of particular importance that have laid the foundations for a new organizational culture based on equality, diversity and non-discrimination.
Our values are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, the 2030 Agenda and the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of the Hospital Universitario La Paz, within whose scope the Foundation is included.
