• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar y entender las necesidades de los clientes en ciberseguridad.
• Proponer soluciones y estrategias de seguridad personalizadas para cada cliente.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Diseño de soluciones basadas en IaaS, SaaS y PaaS para Outsourcing o Disaster Recovery

* Conocimientos amplios en arquitecturas de sistemas (FrontEnd, Backend, Preproducción), redes de almacenamiento(redes SAN, NAS, Object Storage) y Backup

* Conocimientos genéricos de tecnologías de virtualización de servidores tanto con tecnología VMWare (vSphere,vCenter, VCloud Director) como Microsoft (HyperV, SystemCenter) así como VDI.

* Conocimientos genéricos de entornos Microsoft (Windows Server 2016, 2019), y Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, Centos,Debian)

* Conocimientos Genéricos de Bases de Datos (Oracle, MaríaDB, PostgreSQL, MongDB, MS-SQL, etc)

* Conocimientos genéricos de redes: VLAN, routing, switching, balanceo de servicios

Requisitos

 

-       Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos y Redes o de la rama informática.

-       Grado técnico en sistemas microinformáticos y redes

-        Conocimientos de redes, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, routing, VPN SSL/IPSEC, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls (Fortinet), switches, cableado, racks.

-       Administración Office 365.

-       Nivel inglés técnico.

Funciones

 

-       Gestión de Hardware Y Software. Conocer y aplicar la metodología necesaria para organizar y gestionar el hardware y software de la empresa, realizando instalaciones, configuraciones, mantenimiento y mejoras en el mismo.

-       Gestión de la seguridad informática. Conocer y aplicar la metodología necesaria para gestionar la seguridad informática de la empresa, identificando y eliminando vulnerabilidades a través de instalaciones, configuraciones, mantenimiento y mejoras en el sistema de seguridad informático con el fin de conseguir un sistema de información seguro y confiable.

 

-       Gestión y análisis de sistemas de información. Conocer y aplicar la metodología necesaria para gestionar los sistemas de información de la empresa, y llevar a cabo los diferentes análisis de la información que permitan obtener datos para solucionar problemas y mejorar los procesos.

-       Supervisar y desarrollar la aplicación de las políticas de seguridad, normativas y procedimientos derivados de la organización, supervisar su efectividad y llevar a cabo controles periódicos de seguridad.

-       Impartición de la formación necesaria de los nuevos sistemas, equipos o actualizaciones.

-       Coordinación con proveedores en la adquisición de nuevos equipos o software.

-       Gestionar el alta de los trabajadores, preparación equipos, correo, AD.

-        Resolver cualquier incidencia derivada de la administración de los programas informáticos y buscar las soluciones más adecuadas en cada caso.

-       Resolución de problemas en sistemas operativos Windows, dispositivos móviles e impresoras.

-        Gestión de usuario, grupos, recursos: AD / gestión de GPO / gestión de perfiles.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will solve exciting technical challenges by defining, designing, deploying, and troubleshooting key Oracle Health Hosting and Cloud services, platforms, and infrastructure, always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.

You will be part of a team of SREs whose mission is the shared full stack ownership of a collection of cloud services and technologies areas integral to the support of medical institutions across the world.
- Ensure System Reliability: Monitor and maintain the health of our production environments, implementing strategies to achieve high availability and minimal downtime.
- Incident Management: Quickly identify and resolve incidents, conducting thorough post-mortem analyses to prevent future occurrences and improve our response processes.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions that enhance system efficiency and scalability.

MAIN TASKS

Digitization / innovation

Act as a Global / Regional representative of BASF Digital community, supporting BASF Digital roadmap, helping GDS to identify, execute and implement customer-centric digital solutions in an actionable and measurable way.
- You will leverage your expertise in database architecture to design new database solutions as part of new product development projects for the operational EHS portfolio. You will use your skills in Database Administration to support database setup, building/ modifying the architecture based on the need for various solutions in the operational EHS product portfolio
- You will gather requirements, through communication with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external personnel, including system architects and software developers to determine project requirements and capabilities, and strategize development and implementation timelines
- Help other team members, especially software developers, with understanding how to work with the database server, database and its schema through training and individual support, and by preparing database queries, stored procedures, views
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems
- Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements You will demonstrate customer focus by quickly troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting ongoing use of the solution portfolio, including Power BI dashboards connected to various EHS source systems
- You will support the implementation and ongoing support of cloud-based databases for internally developed EHS platforms
- You will support the setup of data lake layer for the topics related to operational EH

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or significant work experience in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Database architecture and design experience for large projects and products
- Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, maintenance and troubleshooting is mandatory. Additional expertise in the following and not limited to MongoDB, Cosmos DC, Redis would be advantageous.
- Expertise in Databricks
- Experiencing Agile way of working or agile implementation approach
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in working with cloud databases especially Azure (or AWS and others)
- Experience in data warehousing and mining, data visualization and data migration.
- Familiarity with Digital technology - e.g.: RPA / automation, Power Platform, Machine leaning / artificial intelligence, etc
- Strong Digital mindset to accelerate BASF Digitalization transformation journey
- Excellent issue isolation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools for development, release, and monitoring
- Experience working in an agile scrum based team
- Experience learning independently and coaching others
