The Analytics & AI Implementation Services product team assists its internal business partners with their digital projects so that they become operational and can realize business value out of them.
You will a Data engineer in a project-based team that is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and systems that enable the organization to extract business value from its data
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design scalable data pipelines for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading from a wide variety of data sources using big data computation frameworks and Azure PaaS components.
- Architect and implement data layers to the development of compound AI systems with patterns like RAG
- Data modelling and architecture
- Ensure data quality and consistency in the resulting data products.
- Develop and optimize existing processes and queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor´s degree or Master´s in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data engineering tasks such as data modelling, creating, and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure (preferably) and Big Data architectures.

We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team at BASF´s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and orchestrating the IT solution process in the various phases of solution design development to ensure smooth execution and compliance with current security and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into the solution design

The Product team for Inventory & Stock Room Management sets focus on the consulting, implementation and support of warehouse management solutions based on SAP.
In this role, you will work together with a team of warehouse consultants, mainly using your experience and skillset to provide design, creation, development and optimization of warehouse management processes for Warehouse Management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for architecting and designing software solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing cloud based web applications using Angular 12+ in the frontend and .Net Core in the backend, based on Microsoft Azure technologies covering:

Development and Support (DevOps) for S/4 HANA conversion related Integration Requirements in Product Family Supply Chain Planning & Visibility
• Technical & Integration Support during conversion of our SAP ERP System to S/4 HANA
• Focus area will be interfaces- & integration-related tasks for supply chain planning satellite systems deriving from the conversion project

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You understand the current integration implementations of SCM developments within SAP APO, OMP, SAP IBP, SAP BW and SAP ERP by starting your skill-up in one of these squads
- Understanding integration implications of architectural deviations between S/4 HANA and as-is system landscape
- You will hands-on support the technical migration of the existing integration landscape during the core conversion of our SAP ERP system
- You will closely interact with central teams in the conversion project to ensure our department´s (cloud-) integration scenarios can be transferred smoothly to the new SAP S/4 HANA based environment

QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Develop custom widgets, APIs, and scripts for extended LMS functionality
- Experience with API development, JSON, and XML for system integration
- Integrate Adobe Captivate Prime with third-party systems (HRIS, CRM, SSO) via APIs
- Work closely with instructional designers, training teams, and IT staff to implement and maintain learning solutions.
- Customize learning workflows using triggers, rules, and event configurations
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Learning management
- Well versed with Agile ways of working
- Knowledge and experience with Java 8 for backend development
- Comfortable with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs, iterating as needed to optimize user experience.
- Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and AICC (preferred)
- Familiarity with reporting tools and LMS analytics (preferred)

Order Management Solutions creates, delivers and runs digital applications for users managing sales & distribution activities in the movement of goods between BASF divisions and end-customers. Working agilely, we enable functionality of core systems & processes. We partner and consult with stakeholders to innovate solutions proactively across multiple technology platforms to anticipate future needs.
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to create a user-driven web applications for our innovative data and AI platforms for Order Management including Gen AI powered Apps & Chatbots
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Full Stack Engineer for AI Solutions, you will be responsible for the development of applications that meet the needs of the user. In this role, you will discuss application features with users, and write the code for the final web application.
- To ensure success as a Full Stack engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of backend frameworks and a good understanding of frontend development.
- You will implement functional requirements for the application that meet the needs of the internal clients.
- You can create and maintain applications using leading frameworks like Angular or Vue.
- You will plan the implementation of solutions, choosing the right technologies and evaluating the evolution of the frameworks as the clients´ needs change.
- You will collaborate intensively with our colleagues in a global BASF team.
- You will work in an international and agile DevOps environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor degree in the field of computer science, mathematics, life sciences, chemistry, business administration, or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Software development experience with - Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot or .
NET Core with MS SQL and NoSQL database
- Angular / Vue/ HTML5 and CSS
- Unit Testing using Jasmine, Karma, NUnit
- Vector Databases like ChromaDB, Pinecone or others
- At least one year of software engineering experience with
- Experience constructing, developing, and implementing microservices
- Maintaining infrastructure as code
- Experience working on a DevOps team
- Experience with configuring and deploying on the Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Has data intensive application experience
- Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and linked data applications using tools like Microsoft Databricks and Docker
- Git management, CI/CD process (writing Yaml files, job scheduling, pipeline building)
- Docker: Writing docker files, Building docker images and running docker containers locally and on Kubernetes
- Business consulting and technical consulting skills
- A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve
- Working in an international environment, very good English language skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
- Python, Pyspark and TSQL, experience with databricks
- Understanding/Experience with Generative AI
- Experience with FastAPI
- Good communication skills
