Scope of Work

As our PR & Communications Manager, you will be the voice of Elrow Family to the world. You'll have the opportunity to amplify our story, ensuring our projects and events achieve maximum exposure across global platforms. This is an exciting role for someone who loves electronic music, thrives on building relationships, and excels in creating compelling narratives.

Here’s what you’ll own and lead:

• Press Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the entertainment and music industries.
• Media Outreach: Identify and develop new partnerships to expand Elrow’s global reach.
• Event Announcements: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to deliver impactful show launches, announcements, and campaigns.
• Press Passes & Logistics: Manage media accreditation processes and coordinate on-site logistics for press and media attendees at our events.
• Event Presence: Be the face of Elrow at events, ensuring the press and media have a seamless experience.
• Brand Storytelling: Make sure Elrow’s story, projects, and vision are shared across a wide array of digital and traditional media channels.
• Data & Insights: Monitor, measure, and report the performance of PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  
  

• Experience: At least 2 years in PR, preferably in entertainment, music, or the electronic music scene.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Music Enthusiast: A deep passion for electronic music and the culture that surrounds it.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Team Player: Someone collaborative, flexible, and capable of working in high-energy environments.
• Creativity & Innovation: Out-of-the-box thinker who can craft compelling stories and PR campaigns.
• Event Savvy: Comfortable working on-site at events and managing logistics under tight deadlines.
