We are looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to join our team. This role provides an opportunity for a motivated engineer to grow within a technically rigorous environment, learning from experienced colleagues while making impactful contributions. The engineer will develop highly functional and intuitive interfaces, helping to drive and scale our investment processes. With a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability, this role is ideal for someone eager to enhance their front-end expertise and take ownership of key development tasks.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated front-end applications that support critical business functions
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences
- Implement user interfaces that adhere to modern design principles and accessibility standards
- Ensure performance optimization and maintainability of front-end code
- Learn and apply best practices in UI development, including component-based architecture and state management
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Engage with the team, provide feedback, and actively seek mentorship and learning opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Solid experience with JavaScript and confidence in at least one popular front-end framework (React, Angular, or similar)
- Understanding of responsive and fluid design principles
- Familiarity with Design Systems (BlueprintJs, Ant Design, Material-UI, React-Spectrum) and ability to implement pixel-perfect UI
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Knowledge of modern web development practices, including component-based architecture and state management
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript and JSON over HTTP
- Exposure to Protocol Buffers, Bazel, and OIDC authentication mechanisms
- Some experience with backend technologies such as Java
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and design patterns
- Previous contributions to the development of a custom Design System

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust Python development environment in the cloud
- Manage authentication and token-based access, including AWS tokens
- Implement and integrate Python libraries to connect with infrastructure, databases, and external systems

Si no cuentas con experiencia y formación en la conducción de carretillas, pero tienes interés en aprender, nosotros/as te formamos y capacitamos.
Tus horarios serán rotativos de mañana y tarde y trabajarás de lunes a viernes, teniendo los fines de semana para descanso y vida personal.
