Are you passionate about the IT services and want to leverage technology to drive transformation for clients?
EPAM is looking for an experienced account management professional to manage client relationships with multiple tier one and tier two clients.
You will have an opportunity to work with the best-in-class engineering, digital innovation and design teams supporting you to shape product vision. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of these accounts and have responsibilities covering across commercial management, new business identification and delivery governance.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to consult, design and deliver digital innovation & transformation solutions to clients across multiple verticals including Retail/CPG and Life Sciences. You will leverage industry expertise and experiences using technologies to transform organizations across a variety of focus areas. You will utilize your client management experience to develop relationships and identify opportunities for the wider business unit.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across a variety of areas
- With the support of our sales/pre-sales teams, assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close/sign new deals
- Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
- Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies in which our clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect our clients’ businesses and initiatives
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our portfolios
- Align with Business Unit goals and objectives; support company financial goals including revenue and profit targets
Requirements
- Demonstrable broad and deep expertise across IT, software engineering or digital transformation services
- Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital & innovative technology focused leadership positions or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in effectively managing client engagements in fast-paced environments, meeting expectations and completing the management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion
- Sound business acumen; commercial and strategic skills; numeric fluency; negotiation skills; advocacy for diversity
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English

Descripción
- Liderar y desarrollar las ventas en el territorio asignado (Catalunya, Comunidad Valenciana y Baleares).
- Analizar las ventas actuales y colaborar en la elaboración del plan comercial junto a responsables sectoriales.
- Mantener relaciones institucionales con agentes decisores de prescripción y compras.
- Promover acciones de fidelización a largo plazo.
- Elaborar y presentar ofertas comerciales en colaboración con el equipo de back office.
- Apoyar en las gestiones de cobro con el departamento financiero.
- Analizar y reportar la actividad de la competencia.
- Actualizarse constantemente en formación técnica de producto y habilidades comerciales.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Buscamos Key Account Manager con perfil hunter, orientado/a a liderar las ventas en un territorio estratégico que abarca Catalunya, Comunidad Valenciana y Baleares. El/la candidato/a gestionará cuentas clave tanto en el sector hospitalario como en emergencias médicas.
- Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares como KAM o comercial de desarrollo de negocio.
- Experiencia en empresas de suministros o servicios industriales, lavanderías, distribución de EPI o vestuario.
- Conocimiento del sector sanitario y emergencias (suministros médicos, EPI, vestuario profesional, renting, lavanderías).
- Dominio de los procedimientos de compras públicas y privadas (Ley de Contratos).
- Persona dinámica, orientada a resultados, con capacidad de gestión autónoma y buen manejo de relaciones institucionales.
- Experiencia en negociación en entornos públicos y privados.
- Capacidad para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y adaptarse a un sector complejo.
