Responsibilities
- Design SAP HANA native models like Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript to handle backend data processes and aggregations
- Develop and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party sources
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft scalable data flows and architectures that support analytics and operational reporting
- Create end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data consistency and resolving discrepancies through monitoring and troubleshooting

Requirements
- Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling, with strong hands-on experience in Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
- Background in designing and managing ETL workflows and data pipelines, with a focus on SAP environments
- Familiarity with integrating SAP systems like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or legacy systems into data processes

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
- Ensure efficient build, test, and deployment workflows for multiple development teams
- Design, deploy, and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related technologies
- Manage containerized applications in a cloud-native environment (Azure, etc)
- Implement best practices for ingress, networking, and TLS termination
- Act as feature owners, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the feature lifecycle
- Resolve bugs and work on stories within sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions
- Foster innovation, modernization, and the reduction of complexity
- Conduct Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore and pioneer new technologies for the bank
- Serve as pioneers within the bank for adopting and adapting to new systems and tools
- Embrace automation over manual processes to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Advocate for an "everything as code" approach
- Implement observability tools to monitor system performance and ensure uptime (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc)
- Set up logging, tracing, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Use deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, etc to manage releases
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or a related area, or proven relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Identity (CI)/Corporate Design (CD) pipelines, cloud environments, containerization (Docker/K8s), and APIs
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in .NET (C#) or Java
- CI/CD Tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc
- Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Splunk, etc
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Deployment Tools: Octopus Deploy, Terraform, or similar
- Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration

- Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You have a can-do attitude, are pragmatic, and open-minded
- Very good English level

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to build models using both foundational and cutting-edge methods, process structured and unstructured data and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems in competitive intelligence and strategy. Projects range from developing intelligent AI-driven systems such as virtual assistants to applying advanced data science and analytics techniques that support decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI systems for stakeholders, including LLM-powered applications for strategy teams
- Develop multi-agent architectures for strategy workflows including data collection and human-in-the-loop controls
- Build retrieval and vector-based systems over external data sets
- Work within an agile framework and in cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals
- Engage internal stakeholders for the successful delivery of AI solutions
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable and well-maintained
- Document processes, models and key learnings and contribute to building internal AI capabilities
- Ensure AI models adhere to ethical standards, privacy regulations and fairness guidelines
- Collaborate with external AI companies where required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Experience designing or implementing multi-agent systems or tool-calling frameworks
- Implementing evaluation frameworks for accuracy, coverage interpretation, decision consistency and bias
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of API design and development
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience developing and deploying agentic AI systems including autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows
