Misión del Puesto:
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de compras y aprovisionamiento de la compañía, optimizando la relación calidad-coste-plazo. Su objetivo principal es mejorar el margen bruto mediante la negociación estratégica y asegurar la disponibilidad de stock (nivel de servicio) optimizando el working capital (rotación de inventarios).
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Estrategia y Negociación:
- Diseñar el plan anual de compras y gestionar un presupuesto de volumen medio-alto.
- Negociación de acuerdos marco (rappel, condiciones de pago, incoterms) con fabricantes nacionales e internacionales.
- Búsqueda y homologación de nuevos proveedores (sourcing) para reducir costes sin sacrificar calidad técnica y/o ampliar el portfolio de productos de la compañía.
- Gestión de Stock y Aprovisionamiento:
- Supervisión del flujo de aprovisionamiento para evitar roturas de stock en referencias críticas.
- Optimización del stock: Análisis de referencias de baja rotación (slow movers) y obsoletos.
- Coordinación estrecha con Logística y Ventas para la planificación de la demanda (Demand Planning).
- Liderazgo y Procesos:
- Gestión y desarrollo de un equipo de 9 personas (compradores/aprovisionadores/especialistas de producto).
- Digitalización del departamento: Mejora procesos en el ERP y automatización de pedidos de reposición.
- Análisis de Datos:
- Control de KPIs: Ahorros conseguidos, rotación de stock, OTIF (On Time In Full) de proveedores, RTC y RTO.
(Soft Skills)
- Visión Comercial: Entender que en distribución, Compras es el primer paso de la Venta.
- Capacidad Analítica: Habilidad para gestionar grandes bases de datos de referencias y detectar tendencias.
- Liderazgo Transversal: Capacidad para decir "no" a Ventas cuando es necesario y presionar a Logística o Financiero.
- Integridad y Ética: Transparencia absoluta en la gestión de proveedores.
Formación Académica:
- Titulación Universitaria: Preferiblemente Ingeniería Industrial (muy valorado por el conocimiento técnico del producto) o ADE/Económicas.
- Valorable: Master en Supply Chain Management.
- Mínimo 7-10 años de experiencia en compras, con al menos 3 años gestionando equipos.
- Imprescindible: Experiencia previa en el sector de distribución industrial. Debe entender la dinámica de comprar producto terminado para revender, gestionando miles de referencias (SKUs).
- Inglés: Nivel C1 (Negociación). Imprescindible para tratar con proveedores globales.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos).
- Experiencia sólida con ERPs (ej. SAP, Business One, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Sage X3).
- Contrato indefinido en empresa sólida y en crecimiento.

We are looking for an ML Ops Engineer to join our Enterprise AI Products and Technology Team. The ideal candidate will have industry-relevant experience delivering at scale Machine Learning or Data Science projects.
You will be part of a collaborative team of multidisciplinary engineers and working closely with data science teams, have a chance to create tools, standards and automate commonly used tasks of the machine learning product lifecycle. A part of the role is also to increase the capabilities of the platforms team to better suit the data scientist´s ways of working. Our data science teams undertake major AI initiatives such as clinical trial data analysis, knowledge graph analytics, patient safety systems, deep learning led medication discovery and software as a medical device system.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers from across the company to understand their challenges and work with them to build the tools/platforms that underpin their research
- Be a part of a high-performing agile team, continuously improving our client´s Machine Learning development environments, platforms and tooling to better suit data science initiatives
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal governance and compliance functions, such as Cyber Security and Data Privacy, to secure our estate without obstructing end-user productivity
- Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g. distributed clusters, multicore SMP and GPU)
- Champion a "production first mindset" in the data science projects development lifecycle to seamlessly scale exploratory research to production
Requirements
- BSc/MSc/Ph.D degree in Computer Science or related quantitative or analytical field
- 3 years or more of experience building and delivering software using the Python programming language, exceptional ability in other programming languages will be considered
- Demonstrable experience in software engineering and automation leveraging DevOps
- Prior experience with developing and deploying production-grade machine learning products or exceptional ability in other software engineering domains will be considered
- In-depth knowledge and experience with at least one container orchestration framework (Airflow, Argo, Kubeflow, etc) or willingness to learn
- Demonstrable experience deploying the underlying infrastructure and tooling for running Machine Learning or Data Science at scale using Infrastructure as Code
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Experience working with internal security standards and frameworks
