RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models, such as Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript to support backend data processing and aggregations
- Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other third-party sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data flows and data architectures, enabling robust analytics and operational reporting
- Develop end-to-end data workflows, ensuring high data quality while identifying and resolving data discrepancies through monitoring and troubleshooting processes
- Support and enhance business processes with custom analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable insights, all powered by SAP HANA backend solutions
- Optimize data processing performance for large datasets and complex workflows, leveraging SAP HANA in-memory database capabilities
- Contribute to cross-team projects by working collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions
- Actively participate in Agile (SAFe) workflows, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives, while delivering incremental value to stakeholders
- Document and maintain technical best practices, processes, and knowledge sharing for key SAP HANA solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent roles in the SAP space
- Proven expertise in SAP HANA native modeling, including strong hands-on experience with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
- Experience in designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines, with specific experience in SAP environments like HANA
- Familiarity with the integration of SAP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other legacy systems into data workflows
- Expertise in data performance optimization, database tuning, and ensuring scalability for large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the use of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on the Business Request Catalogue and ticketing systems based on case management
- Develop user-friendly self-service portal components, including custom widgets and forms, to improve end-user experience
- Create and optimise reusable server- and client-side scripts (e.g., Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts) for process automation
- Implement integrations to streamline onboarding and request processes
- Prioritise out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality to ensure sustainable, upgrade-safe solutions with minimal customisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical designs, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities within agile release cycles, ensuring quality and compliance
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and apply fixes in development, test, and production environments
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Commitment to following ITSM best practices and enterprise architecture principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Funciones:
• Administración y gestión de la consola central y agentes del ePO en los diferentes dominios en donde este implantada la herramienta.
• Configurar la herramienta DLP del sistema ePO de Trellix para evitar fugas de información, protección ante dispositivos conectados al equipo y asegurar la confidencialidad de los documentos en función de permisos de accesos.
• Asegurar que todos los dispositivos de la organización estén correctamente protegidos con el agente ePO y que reporten adecuadamente a la consola central.
• Revisar y aplicar políticas de seguridad dentro de la ePO alineadas con nuestras particularidades.
• Realizar las actualizaciones periódicas del sistema ePO, para prevenir vulnerabilidades y poder sacar rendimiento a todas las funcionalidades del sistema.
• Identificar y analizar eventos y alertas provocados por los diferentes equipos, patrones de comportamiento sospechoso en los agentes que puedan identificar amenazas persistentes, malware avanzado o ataques dirigidos.
• Hacer Informes periódicos de la herramienta en función de las directrices.

- Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares como KAM o comercial de desarrollo de negocio.
- Experiencia en empresas de suministros o servicios industriales, lavanderías, distribución de EPI o vestuario.
- Conocimiento del sector sanitario y emergencias (suministros médicos, EPI, vestuario profesional, renting, lavanderías).
