Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Analista Programador/A con experiencia en IBM-BPM (IBM Business Process Manager) para unirse a un equipo especializado en desarrollos para el sector bancario.

El profesional liderará un equipo de desarrollo, gestionará la cartera evolutiva y actuará como interlocutor con el cliente. Buscamos a alguien con capacidad para gestionar todo el ciclo de desarrollo de software, desde la toma de requisitos hasta el soporte postproducción.

Responsabilidades:
Liderar el equipo de desarrollo en proyectos con IBM-BPM.
Participar activamente en la gestión de validaciones y la evolución de la cartera.
Interlocución directa con clientes para la gestión de requisitos y la supervisión de avances.
Despliegue y soporte de desarrollos en entornos UAT y producción.

Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en programación con IBM-BPM.
Experiencia en todo el ciclo de desarrollo: toma de requerimientos, análisis funcional/técnico, pruebas y soporte postproducción.
Deseable: Experiencia en IBM Business Process Manager on Cloud, conocimientos en Spark y Client Side.

Ubicación:
Remoto, con la posibilidad de desplazamientos puntuales a Barcelona.
Puede residir en todo el territorio Español, ya que el trabajo será mayoritariamente en modalidad remota.

Beneficios:
Salario competitivo: 43.000 - 44.000 € anuales.
Oportunidad de desarrollo profesional en un entorno dinámico y en expansión.

Flexibilidad para trabajar desde cualquier punto de España, con desplazamientos esporádicos a la sede en Barcelona.

Experiencia:
Experiencia mínima: 2 a 3 años.

Estudios: Educación Secundaria Completa.
