About the Job:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Events Coordinator to join our team in Jumeirah Mallorca.
This role involves managing and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, menu planning, AV setup, decoration, guest accommodations, and logistical details, ensuring an extraordinary and memorable experience for attendees.
- Oversee all event operations, working closely with internal teams (catering, sales, housekeeping, and engineering) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all services.
- Source, negotiate, and liaise with external vendors and suppliers (e.g., florists, entertainers, transportation) to enhance the event experience while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Supervise the setup, decoration, and breakdown of events, ensuring that all aspects meet the standards of the hotel.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in promoting event spaces and services, contributing to the achievement of event sales targets.
- Maintain accurate account profiles in Salesforce, contribute to monthly reports, and ensure compliance with data entry standards.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent level of both Spanish and English
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Finance position to join our Finance Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee accurate financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, prepare and review financial statements, and manage cash flow forecasts and reconciliations.
- Supervise the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring efficient operations, timely reports, and provide training to enhance team skills.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyze financial performance, and develop strategies to minimize variances and maximize returns.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, align financial objectives with company goals, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, coordinate with auditors, mitigate risks, and implement best practices to improve financial processes and operations.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Accounting or Professional Accreditation
- Comprehensive background in financial control within hospitality accounting, experience in the luxury sector is desirable.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting,
- Strong background in overseeing cash flow management, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Valuable knowledge of Revenue Management.
