We’re Hiring: Brand Specialist (Account Manager)
Location: Barcelona | Full-Time Position
At Little Buddha Agency, we’re a creative powerhouse dedicated to delivering exceptional branding and packaging solutions. We’re looking for a talented and driven Brand Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Brand Specialist (acting as an Account Manager), you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and ensuring that every brand we work on is executed to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their needs. You will manage client expectations, providing proactive solutions and keeping them updated on project progress.
- Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate branding and packaging projects from inception to delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and other teams to ensure projects meet client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development of brand strategies, offering insights and creative direction to ensure each project aligns with the client’s vision and market objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and production departments, to ensure all branding materials and packaging designs are executed effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges early in the project process and offer solutions that keep things moving forward smoothly and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Specialist, Account Manager, or Project Manager in a branding, packaging, or creative agency. Experience working with both branding and packaging projects is highly preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
Fluency in French is a strong plus, as many of our clients are international.
- Strong Communication Skills: You excel at building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams. You’re a natural communicator, able to express ideas clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple projects at once, stay on top of deadlines, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Creative Vision: You have a deep understanding of branding and packaging design and are passionate about helping brands tell their stories in compelling ways.
- Client-Centric: You have a strong client-focused approach, always striving to exceed expectations and build lasting, positive relationships.

We are looking for a Packaging Artwork Specialist with a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a desire to be part of a vibrant team. The ideal candidate will bring not only technical expertise but also a positive, can-do attitude that contributes to the energy and success of our agency.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in packaging artwork production and reproduction, with a solid understanding of trapping and print production processes.
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) and ideally proficient in English to work effectively with our international team and clients.
- A team-oriented mindset with a natural ability to work collaboratively and communicate well with others. You should be someone who enjoys contributing to a lively, happy work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in 3D modelling and creating renders is a great asset and would give you an edge in this role. If you are familiar with software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar, this will set you apart and enhance the scope of projects you can contribute to.

At Little Buddha Agency, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to take on the role of Admin Manager. As a vital part of our team, you will oversee critical operations across finance, human resources, and office management. If you're a detail-oriented problem solver with strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining a positive, efficient work environment, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
Finance Management: Oversee invoicing, bank transactions, and ensure all payments are processed on time. You’ll ensure that all work is invoiced correctly and payments are received in our bank accounts to keep cash flow smooth and consistent.
Human Resources: Manage salaries, contracts, and other HR-related tasks to ensure our team is supported and our legal obligations are met.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently and maintains a positive work environment for our team.
What You’ll Do:
As Admin Manager, you will be entrusted with maintaining the financial health of the agency, ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid on time, and providing support to the team with HR and office-related matters. You will collaborate with an outside consulting company that will provide support in areas like finance and HR.
You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the smooth running of the agency and supporting the team, which will help foster a great positive atmosphere where creativity thrives.
Who You Are:
Experience: You have previous experience in a similar role (finance, accountant, office management) and are comfortable handling a range of responsibilities from invoicing to contracts.
Language Skills: You speak fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have strong organizational skills, can manage multiple tasks at once, and have a keen eye for detail.
Leadership & Communication: You're someone who enjoys managing important tasks while also ensuring clear communication and collaboration within the team. You will report directly to the General Manager and support the leadership in maintaining the agency’s workflow.
Positive Attitude: You’re enthusiastic about contributing to a positive and motivated work environment, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the creative team can focus on delivering great work.
