• Maximize the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey

• Manage the store base staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize store coverage, productivity and profitability
• Recruit, train and onboard as needed
• Analyze data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take correct action in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities whilst controlling cost through effective decision making
  
  

• Previous experience in luxury required
• Previous experience in clienteling and appointments
• Previous experience executing bespoke events & experiences for clients
• Previous knowledge of the local market and prospective clients' tastes and preferences
• English (C1) required with Russian, Arabic and/or French.

• Dar soporte al equipo de almacén, en ausencia de los managers, para optimizar la oferta de producto a los clientes
• Dar soporte a la parte comercial, en las directrices y estandares de colocación del producto en tienda, para asegurar unos estandares de marca excepcionales
• Maximizar el potencial de todas las categorías de producto a través de la optimización del sistema RFID
  
  

• Dar soporte a los managers para crear un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo con una mentalidad donde el cliente es lo primero
• Dar soporte al equipo, en ausencia de los managers, para segurar las eficiencias operacionales
• Dar soporte al equipo, en ausencia de los managers, a través de los KPIs operacionales, para conseguir los objetivos de venta y la rentabilidad de la tienda
  
  

• Asegurar que la tienda alcanza los objetivos de venta a través de la gestión del producto y de los procesos de reposición, coordinando el inventario y gestionando las solicitudes del producto necesario
• Optimizar los sistemas y procedicimentos de Ralph Lauren para asegurar las eficiencias operacionales
• Hacer coaching al equipo en cuanto a los procedimientos y estandares operacionales de la tienda para asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y estandares de Ralph Lauren
  
  

• Energético/a, apasionado/a, orientado/a a resultados y que trabaje en equipo
• Experiencia en ambientes de trabajo dinámicos con probada experiencia en posiciones de management
• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y organizativas
