Baró Galeria is seeking a talented and proactive Communications and Press Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca on a full-time basis.

This role will be integral to shaping and managing the gallery's communications strategy while ensuring the consistency and quality of its visual and written content across all platforms.Role OverviewThis role involves overseeing and scaling the gallery's digital platforms, developing content strategies for social media and newsletters, managing press relations, and creating graphic materials aligned with the gallery's visual identity.

The Communications and Press Manager will ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms, maintain relationships with media outlets, and support the gallery's exhibitions and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & creation: Lead, develop and implement growth strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.Digital Platforms: Manage and update the gallery's website and Artsy profile, including uploading artworks, exhibitions, and creating online viewing rooms.Graphic Design: Create and adapt graphic materials such as exhibition dossiers, invitations, press releases, and marketing assets.Press Relations: Write press releases, liaise with media outlets, and compile press reports to enhance the gallery's visibility.Branding: Be at the forefront of the Baro brand and implement strategies consistent with the gallery's profile.Skills and QualificationsKnowledge on ads and copyright is a big plus.Proven experience in scaling social media and communication platforms, especially Instagram.Proven experience in communications, social media management, or press relations, preferably in the arts.Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Sobre el proyecto

Nuestro cliente está llevando a cabo un proceso de migración de su sistema CRM local a una solución global. Este proceso implica la migración de todas las bases de datos. La optimización y limpieza de los datos será clave para garantizar una transición eficiente y exitosa.

Tus responsabilidades clave :

• Analizar y documentar los procesos de migración de datos entre ambos CRM.
• Apoyar la limpieza, validación y calidad de datos en SQL.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con diferentes stakeholders del negocio para entender los requisitos y asegurar la correcta transición de datos.
• Identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones para mitigar posibles problemas en la migración.
• Realizar análisis de datos y generar reportes en Excel para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Asegurar que la información esté alineada con los estándares globales de la compañía

Requisitos

• Experiencia de al menos 1 años como businss analyst.
• Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos SQL, incluyendo extracción, limpieza y migración de datos.
• Conocimiento avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, etc.).
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior, con capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente en un entorno internacional.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y soft skills, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera proactiva.
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de CRM y migración de datos es un plus.
