We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer who wants to help us to build both our own startup-like products and extensive e-commerce and custom-made solutions with the main focus on Spryker and Magento e-commerce!

Who We Are

We are UFirstGroup, an international company based in Zurich and Valencia with more than 12 years of experience delivering highly performant, scalable and customized solutions for our international clients. With this experience and knowledge of the market, we are also currently building our own product already used by thousands of paying customers. UFirst people currently represent 6 nationalities from all over the world. Hence, the official company language is English in both our offices. Requirements

We expect you to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing web apps
• Skills in PHP, preferably Spryker, Magento and Symfony
• Strong DB knowledge, at least one relational and/or no-SQL database
• Strong experience with effective integration of external services and data providers
• Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of complex projects and use this to identify and avoid possible problems in advance.
• Experience with docker (or other virtualization technologies)
• You always keep performance in mind and you understand basic web-security principles (CORS, proper sanitation, data security, …)
• Nice to have: Experience with Elixir or NodeJS
