Valeo Térmico busca una persona graduada en Ingeniería para unirse al equipo de Calidad. En esta oportunidad, darás soporte en la implementación, monitoreo y mejora de procesos y estándares de calidad en producto, asegurando su conformidad con las especificaciones y requisitos establecidos. Trabajando junto a equipos internos y externos para resolver problemas técnicos y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE : https://mon-vievia.businessfrance.fr/

PLEASE NOTE: Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams partners at Valeo worldwide.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of your international development, you cannot apply to a VIE assignment in the country of your citizenship

• You will report directly to the Quality Manager
• You will be in charge of automating and deploying the Simplification and Efficiency tool
• You will participate in our project to improve our quality process, based on our roadmap to reduce the cost of quality
• Between the workshop and digitalization, you'll master IT tools and be able to suggest the use of new tools to reduce non-value-added tasks for the production / quality system one and project one teams
  
  

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Quality, Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Automation
• You already have experience in Quality, Engineering, implementing and automating digital tools or in automation and the deployment of digital tools in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive filed)
• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Spanish
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
• You are rigorous, disciplined, open-minded and able to work with a wide range of people

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Zaragoza based in Spain belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Logistics for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of receiving, flat storage, line feeding, picking, warehouse, and shipping activities.
• You contribute to the optimization of packaging and labeling processes to enhance product handling and traceability.
• You support the development and improvement of shop floor scheduling and Visual Re-Order systems to ensure efficient production flow.
• You contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of transportation, warehousing, and external logistics service activities.
• You support the optimization of customs and duties processes to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
• You contribute to the planning and improvement of upstream and downstream transportation timetables to align with production and customer needs.
• You participate in the preparation of the transportation and external logistics services budget and actively contribute to cost reduction initiatives and their follow-up.
• You troubleshoot logistics problems and implement counter-measures and solutions to maintain the continuity of production flows.
  
  

• You are graduated from a Master/School degree in Logistic
• You already have experience in these fields
• You have a fluent level of English
