Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

Valeo is offering an Internship program in the Optics Area where you will support the Department in the following tasks~

• Collaboration in product design and support in the design of included optical components, ensuring the link between customer needs and results. Especially in the field of quality and cost.
• Support in proposing technical solutions to make our offer attractive and competitive.
• Integration and participation in a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
  
  

• Physics/Optics Degree (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)
• Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
• Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
• Professionalism and transparency.
• Geographical mobility. Preferably from the area.

We are currently looking for a Finance Trainee at our plant in Fuenlabrada! You will join our finance team for a professional internship, with the aim of learning, developing professionally and contributing all your knowledge to us.

Mission

• Team member of the management control team at site level
• Contribute to daily indicators construction.
• Support on internal control testing and action plan implementation
• Support reliability and timeliness of group Reporting
• Support the interface between Controlling team and Operations
  
  

• Update and control daily indicators to share with operational management.
• Support on reporting of financial indicators.
• Validation on overhead for plant requirements.
• Inventory gap analysis and validation
• Prepare actions of Back on Track and follow up with operational teams
• Contribute to budget and 5 years business plan processes
• Develop or implement standard management control tools - in and outside SAP
• Secure compliance and internal control testing and improvement action plans
• Secure accounting is done based on IFRS/local rules and participate in external audit preparation
  
  

• Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit from a Top Business School or MBA
• Knowledge in ERP usage, preferably SAP
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

En Dependencia Directa Del Director De Marketing Será Responsable De La Gestión Para España y Portugal De Las Líneas De Producto Asignadas Siendo Responsable De

• Analizar el mercado y la competencia, cuantificando y identificando sus riesgos y oportunidades, a partir de la información captada por el equipo comercial, estudios externos, y entrevistas con sus principales clientes
• Elaborar el plan promocional y de comunicación anual para el perímetro de líneas asignado
• Analizar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las ventas mensuales, implementando acciones correctoras y de animación comercial
• Realizar el análisis y seguimiento de los planes de desarrollo de clientes, implementando acciones correctoras y de animación de sus ventas
• Preparar, diseñar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las acciones de animación desplegadas en el mercado, así como de realizar el análisis coste / beneficio de cada una de ellas, realizando un uso eficiente del presupuesto de marketing
• Definir los precios de venta de cada una de las referencias de sus líneas de producto, llevando a cabo la revisión regular de estos para asegurar su máxima competitividad
• Construir el argumentario de venta de sus líneas de producto y apoyar al equipo comercial, acompañándolos de forma periódica en la visita a los clientes clave de las líneas asignadas
• Realizar la planificación de la demanda mensual de sus líneas, para asegurar el nivel correcto de stock y garantizar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes, controlando y realizando el seguimiento de ciclo de vida de cada uno de los productos
