Job Description
- Preparation of the technical documentation necessary for the future execution of the assigned projects.
- Development of processes and quality manuals together with the other members of the technical team.
- Daily contact with clients, formalizing dates for each milestone to be met subsequently by both parties.
- Develop the strategy to be followed by the team of technicians assigned to the project and prepare the corresponding planning.
- Continuous development and improvement of electrical and mechanical solutions for the product.
- Prepare and deliver technical training during the final phase of commissioning or during the product warranty period.
- Technical assistance to the client, resolving issues remotely and "on-site" if necessary.
- Identify and create after-sale opportunities during the commissioning period.
- Management of all technical activities associated with the project from the development of the commissioning to the closure of the project warranty.
- Ensure compliance with the milestones in the assigned projects within the established timeframe.
- Daily/weekly reporting of the status and progress of the project.
- Technical closure of the project (Technical acceptance with the client).
