Requisitos:
Científico de datos con 3 – 4 años de experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo y, a ser posible, también el despliegue de modelos. Debe tener un profundo entendimiento y manejo de los fundamentos de inteligencia artificial, tanto de modelos clásicos (random forest, XGBoost), como de modelos avanzados de Deep learning y conomientos de IA Generativa.
Ademas del dominio de los modelos de machine learning e IA, el candidato debería tener experiencia en el procesamiento y análisis de datos, tanto estructurados, como no estructurados, debiendo ser capaz de realizar consultas e ingestas de datos, así como su tratamiento, explotación, y transformación.
El candidato deberá además estar familiarizado con todo el ciclo de vida completo de un modelo de IA, desde la parte de conceptualización hasta su diseño, desarrollo y evolución, así como su monitorización y reentremamiento.
Debe tener una gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autonomía en la resolución de problemas, además de una gran capacidad comunicativa para comprender y transmitir las implicaciones de los modelos a público y usuarios no técnicos.
Capacidades Técnicas:
• Nivel alto de programación en Python (código limpio, documentación, y eficiencia en la programación de procedimientos).
• SQL

Your mission
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This role offers flexibility in choosing your working days. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- HR Support:
- Act as the primary administrator for our HR platform, Personio, ensuring all employee information and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Optimize Personio workflows for automation, including setting up onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing dynamic holiday policies based on country and contract types.
- Manage the setup and coordination of quarterly HR surveys, as well as mid-year and end-of-year performance evaluations within Personio.
- Collaborate with executive team members to co-organize engaging team-building activities.
- Administrative Coordination:
- Liaise with administrative offices in Spain and Switzerland regarding official administrative paperwork.
- Serve as the main point of contact and guardkeeper for the Spanish government portal used by our Spanish employees.
- Coordinate all administrative and legal documentation related to employee recruitment and dismissal processes.
- Accounting Assistance:
- Maintain and categorize expenses and revenues within Quickbooks.
- Connect with our formal accountants in Spain and Switzerland, providing quarterly exports from Quickbooks for VAT reporting.
- Manage the process of sending reminders to customers for overdue invoices.
- Generate invoices specifically related to our IT reselling activities.
- Proven experience in an administrative, HR, or accounting support role, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency (or eagerness to learn) with HR platforms, Quickbooks, and general office software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s university studies at a university, preferably in the field of computer science, environmental science, data analysis or engineering related within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
Furthermore you are
- Passion for Sustainability: A keen interest in sustainability practices and reducing carbon footprints is necessary
- Analytical Skills: Data analysis and interpretation skills are essential for this role
- Technical Requirements: You should be familiar with common AI/ML frameworks (like PyTorch and/or Tensorflow) and programming languages such Python (desired)
- Self-driven. You should take the initiative, works independently, and stays motivated to achieve goals connecting with a wide number of stakeholders across the organization
- Communication Skills: The ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner is a plus
