Estamos reclutando un/a Administrador/a Data Warehouse para administrar y desarrollar el Data Warehouse corporativo, así como diseñar, desarrollar y mantener procesos de ingesta de datos (ETL), estructuras de datos del Data Warehouse.
El puesto es a nivel corporativo por lo que el alcance son todas las operaciones de Sandfire a lo largo del mundo.

Responsabilidades, entre otras:
- Análisis de requerimientos & Coordinación con terceros.
Analizar capacidades de integración de sistemas origen.
Coordinar con arquitecto de datos la integración de nuevos modelos/sistemas.
Coordinar proyectos con empresas de Data Analitics que presten apoyo puntual.
- Administración del Data Warehouse:
Implementar y gestionar procesos ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) para la integración de datos.
Supervisar el rendimiento del sistema y solucionar problemas para garantizar la disponibilidad de datos.
- Seguridad de Datos y Cumplimiento:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de protección de datos y estándares de la industria.
Colaborar con equipos de seguridad para abordar vulnerabilidades y mantener un entorno seguro.
- Respaldo y Recuperación:
Realizar pruebas regulares de procedimientos de respaldo y recuperación para garantizar la resistencia de los datos.
- Optimización del Rendimiento:
Supervisar las recargas de datos implementadas en Data Warehouse. Modificar las canalizaciones existentes o crear nuevas si fuera necesario.
- Documentación:
Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos operativos y pautas.
- Diseño de Reporting:
Requisitos:
- Formación de Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Grado en Ciencias de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial, Grado en Matemáticas
- Mínimo 3- 5 años de experiencia en analítica de datos con conocimientos avanzados en SQL., Python y plataformas Cloud como AWS o Azure; modelado de datos, procesos ETL, y manejo de herramientas de BI como Tableau o PowerBI.
- Experiencia trabajando en un equipo de DevOps utilizando metodología AGILE.
- Conocimientos Tecnológicos requeridos:
Conocimientos avanzados de SQL Server
Azure Synapse Analytics para la integración y el almacenamiento de datos
Azure Data Factory: preparación de datos, construcción de procesos ETL, organización y supervisión de canalizaciones, detección de problemas de ejecución o problemas de rendimiento
- Conocimientos Tecnológicos deseables:
Power Automate para la creación y administración de flujos que automaticen procesos de negocio y tareas repetitivas
Azure Storage como solución de almacenamiento
- Conocimientos Técnicos en:
Habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas.
Metodologías AGILE y DevOps
Conocimientos técnicos de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (diseño, creación y uso de las mismas), modelos de datos y minería de datos
Conocimientos de Big Data
Lenguajes de programación: Python, SQL, Azure SQL, Spark, DAX, PowerShell
Herramientas de Business Intelligence: Power BI, Tableu, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Servises)
QlikView
Confección de cuadros de mando y elaboración de informes tipo de reporte
Operativa y procesos clave del negocio
- Nivel de Inglés B2 según el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas o equivalente

Buscamos un Técnico de Sistemas especializado en la administración de almacenamiento con experiencia en diversas tecnologías y herramientas avanzadas. El candidato formará parte de un equipo encargado de gestionar y mantener la infraestructura de almacenamiento en diferentes plataformas para garantizar la continuidad del servicio y la eficiencia operativa.
Tareas
- Administración y gestión de cabinas de almacenamiento Hitachi, incluyendo herramientas como TRUE-COPY (copia síncrona), HUR (copia asíncrona), GAD (Global Active Device), SHADOW-IMAGE (copia asíncrona dentro de la misma cabina) y Hitachi Ops Center.
- Mantenimiento y supervisión de cabinas de almacenamiento de bloque (modelos GXX/FXX, VSP 5500) y de fichero HNAS (NFS y CLFS).
- Gestión del almacenamiento en cabinas de archivado EMC ECS (Elastic Cloud Storage).
- Administración de almacenamiento en la nube (Amazon AWS).
- Supervisión y administración de cabinas de almacenamiento IBM, incluyendo virtualizadores SVC (Storage Volume Controller), Insight Storage y IBM Spectrum Control, así como sistemas de bloque FS7XXX y FS9XXX.
- Administración de cabinas NetApp AFF 400 y AFF c250 (almacenamiento de bloque y fichero).
- Gestión de almacenamiento HPE Primera y uso de la herramienta SSMC.
- Administración y manejo de cabinas Huawei, incluyendo gestión de réplicas con Hypermetro.
- Gestión de almacenamiento en bloque Dorado 8000 y almacenamiento de archivo con OceanStore Pacific.
- Experiencia demostrada en la administración de sistemas de almacenamiento descritos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en soluciones de almacenamiento en la nube y tecnologías híbridas.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y gestión de servicios en franjas horarias amplias (de 7:00 a 20:00 horas).
- Adaptabilidad para trabajo presencial y remoto (50% del tiempo), con disponibilidad para asistir presencialmente durante el período inicial de adaptación.
- Disponibilidad para participar en guardias de servicio, según las necesidades del equipo.
- Experiencia superior a lo requerido, lo cual será recompensado con un ajuste en la tarifa.
- Certificaciones específicas en administración de sistemas de almacenamiento y tecnologías relacionadas.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido (50% presencial y 50% remoto).
- Horario de servicio: De 7:00 a 20:00 horas, distribuidos en turnos por los miembros del equipo.
- Posibilidad de participar en un esquema de guardias rotativas.
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrido, contrato de dos meses en principio
- 23 días de vacaciones anuales.
- Jornada intensiva en verano, permitiendo mayor flexibilidad.
- Formación interna para el desarrollo profesional y actualización en tecnologías y metodologías.
