Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Quality Consultant to develop a comprehensive concept for improving data quality by defining relevant business KPIs across key data products for our clients in the pharmaceutical area. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives and programs with business objectives, using industry-leading tools and methodologies—particularly Ataccama ONE. Operating within the Data Governance / Data Management team, you will create the concept and advise where needed, championing best practices that elevate data accuracy, consistency, and business value across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a data quality improvement framework aligned with business needs.
- Leverage Ataccama ONE to assess, monitor, and enhance data quality across various data products.
- Identify and define business-relevant data quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with data stewards, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of data quality objectives.
- Communicate progress and complex technical topics in a structured and accessible way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across departments and ensure buy-in for the data quality strategy.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data quality solutions, preferrable in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Significant hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and define business KPIs related to data quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, conceptual thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to data (e.g., GxP, GDPR).

What You Will Do
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll leverage all data sets available within Lighthouse to build products, service, insight and data stories for our Enterprise customer segment. You’ll research how we can cater to needs and sometimes accept that the research didn’t have the outcome hoped for. It encompasses a broad range of use cases and stakeholders that can be served by the same type of data, but, exposed, analysed in different ways.
Where you will have impact
- Deliver impactful research and data stories for our enterprise customers, shaping their commercial strategies.
- Own and drive the development of our data footprint within the Enterprise space, collaborating with the product manager to define strategy.
- Become an expert on Lighthouse's data assets, creatively leveraging them to serve clients like global hotel chains and OTAs.
- Coach and mentor junior members of the analytics team, both within and outside the Enterprise vertical, fostering growth.

A Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of SAP solutions and services. This role serves as domain expert and spokesperson for designated solutions or product segments. They are primarily responsible for pipeline growth, deal support, market development, development of content for solution-based training as well as references for additional market penetration.

Your mission
As a Backend Intern, you’ll join our backend team and work under the guidance of the Lead Backend Developer and CTO. You’ll get hands-on experience with real projects and learn how to ship reliable, scalable features.
You Will
- Contribute to the development of our backend services and APIs - Help maintain and improve both the public platform and admin tools - Write clean, maintainable code (and learn how to test it)
- Collaborate with the Frontend and Infra teams on cross-functional features
- Learn about software architecture, dev workflows, and cloud infrastructure
We’re Currently Using
- Symfony (PHP)- MariaDB (MySQL) on AWS RDS- S3, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS EC2 We don’t expect you to know everything, but you should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a technical environment.
- Are studying in Computer Science - Have some experience (even academic) with Symfony / PHP or similar backend tech
- Understand the basics of APIs, databases, and server-side logic
- Are curious, organized, and love solving technical problems
