We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is not only to manage inbound leads for a global tech company, but also to develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic. Our sales development organisation is therefor also sales academy, and as such, we are looking for SDR Team Managers who take a strong interest in the development of skills and the establishment of culture.

Qué harás

What You Will Do
- Finance: financial dashboards, cashflow monitoring, budget allocation dashboards, assignment plan insights, salary review dashboards etc.
- Games: post‑release game analytics for Hitman and 007 First Light, game performance dashboards, player behavior insights, hardware usage analytics etc.
- Commercial: commercial insights and reporting across the IO Interactive portfolio.
- Identify, collaborate, and enable data collection requirements across finance, commercial, and game analytics domains.
- Build, maintain, and optimize robust data processing pipelines with consideration for data protection laws, cost, and scalability.
- Implement dashboards and ensure stakeholders are onboarded and empowered to use them effectively.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data availability.
- Contribute to BI team initiatives that enhance tooling, processes, prioritization, and data culture across IOI.
- Several years of experience working in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally within the financial or tech industry.
- Experience working with financial and commercial analytics, such as P&L reports, cash flow analysis, revenue monitoring, and multinational financial structures.
- Comfortable working with data warehouses, databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, and dashboarding tools.
- Experience automating data extraction from RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Python or .NET is helpful.
- Practical experience with SQL and data processing techniques.
- A degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, information systems, software engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft data stack is a plus: Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Fabric, Power BI, Blob Storage.

Soporte Técnico a Ventas:

entendiendo sus necesidades comerciales y traduciendo las capacidades técnicas en

- Diseño de Soluciones
eficaces, garantizando una integración perfecta de DataDope en sus infraestructuras y

- Retroalimentación:

Requisitos
Experiencia en Observabilidad:
Amplia experiencia en herramientas y plataformas de
observabilidad, como ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic o similares, y comprensión
profunda de monitoreo, logging y trazabilidad.
- Background Técnico Indispensable:
arquitectura de sistemas y plataformas cloud, con capacidad para diseñar y explicar
soluciones técnicas complejas. Es fundamental entender la infraestructura cloud (AWS,
Azure, Google Cloud), microservicios, contenedores (Kubernetes, Docker), y pipelines de
CI/CD.
- Habilidad Comercial:
la capacidad de traducir soluciones técnicas complejas en propuestas claras de valor para el
negocio.
- Habilidades de Comunicación y Relación:
capacidad de comunicarte de manera efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. Debes
ser un constructor de relaciones natural, cómodo en entornos orientados al cliente.
- Capacidad para Resolver Problemas:

Ingeniero de Preventa en DataDope
, serás clave en el proceso de ventas, utilizando tu
experiencia técnica en observabilidad y monitoreo para guiar a los clientes potenciales en la
comprensión de nuestras soluciones. Colaborarás con el equipo de ventas para crear soluciones a
medida, proporcionar demostraciones técnicas y resolver cualquier desafío técnico. Es
indispensable contar con un

Responsabilidades Clave
Soporte Técnico a Ventas:
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para entender
los requisitos del cliente, demostrar el valor de las soluciones de observabilidad de
DataDope y diseñar soluciones adaptadas a los entornos de los clientes.
- Demostraciones de Producto y Pruebas de Concepto (PoC):
técnicas detalladas y guiar a los clientes potenciales en la configuración e implementación
de PoCs para mostrar cómo DataDope puede resolver sus desafíos de observabilidad.
- Relación con el Cliente:
entendiendo sus necesidades comerciales y traduciendo las capacidades técnicas en
beneficios para el negocio. Ser el punto de contacto principal para consultas técnicas, participarás en la elaboración de las ofertas y preparación de documentación.
- Diseño de Soluciones
eficaces, garantizando una integración perfecta de DataDope en sus infraestructuras y
aplicaciones.
- Capacitación y Habilitación:
los equipos internos, asegurando que estén actualizados con la última tecnología y las
mejores prácticas en observabilidad.
- Retroalimentación:
ingeniería, proporcionando retroalimentación de los clientes para ayudar a mejorar nuestras
ofertas y dar forma al desarrollo futuro.
Requisitos
Experiencia en Observabilidad:
Amplia experiencia en herramientas y plataformas de
observabilidad, como ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic o similares, y comprensión
profunda de monitoreo, logging y trazabilidad.
- Background Técnico Indispensable:
arquitectura de sistemas y plataformas cloud, con capacidad para diseñar y explicar
soluciones técnicas complejas. Es fundamental entender la infraestructura cloud (AWS,
Azure, Google Cloud), microservicios, contenedores (Kubernetes, Docker), y pipelines de
CI/CD.
- Habilidad Comercial:
la capacidad de traducir soluciones técnicas complejas en propuestas claras de valor para el
negocio.
- Habilidades de Comunicación y Relación:
capacidad de comunicarte de manera efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. Debes
ser un constructor de relaciones natural, cómodo en entornos orientados al cliente.
- Capacidad para Resolver Problemas:
pensar de manera creativa para resolver los desafíos de los clientes y diseñar soluciones
complejas.
