Requisitos:
- Experiencia de más de 2 años en rol de Ingeniería de Datos
- Experiencia en desarrollo de pipelines de datos y transformación de datasets
- Para el rol senior, capacidad de liderazgo y modelado avanzado y optimizado de procesos.
- Será muy valorable la experiencia o interés en trabjar con Nebula / DataNow, así como conocimientos de cloud.
Entre tus funciones:
- Diseñar y mantener el modelo de datos (tablas analíticas, claves y relaciones).
- Desarrollar pipelines de datos para ingestión, transformación y carga.
- Construir y optimizar procesos ETL / ELT.
- Publicar datasets finales para consumo analítico.
- Garantizar la calidad, integridad y trazabilidad del dato.
- Trabajar con fuentes estructuradas y no estructuradas.
- Coordinarse con equipos de Data & IA para asegurar el alineamiento funcional.
- Aplicar buenas prácticas en desarrollo y documentación.

En la unidad de DFIR de Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech, llevamos la gestión de la ciberseguridad para un importante cliente.
¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Tu misión será ser analista de seguridad dentro del equipo CSIRT, realizando búsquedas y analizando información en las plataformas tecnológicas de seguridad corporativas. Además, trabajarán en la comunicación y reporte de alertas e incidentes.
Tu día a día:
- Gestionar las fases de identificación, triaje, contención y erradicación de los incidentes de seguridad en un entorno corporativo y dispositivos de seguridad perimetral.
- Escalar los incidentes que requieran involucrar a equipos de otras áreas.
- Participar en el diseño y refinado de los casos de uso que permitan una detección temprana frente a ciberamenazas en el entorno corporativo del cliente.
- Participar en la elaboración de los procedimientos del CSIRT.
- Revisar alertas, noticias de la industria, inteligencia de amenazas y datos de seguridad en referencia a las infraestructuras y tecnologías de interés para la seguridad del proyecto.
- Sistemas de turnos y con 24x7 correlativos.
Experiencia
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la operación de herramientas como EDR, SIEM, análisis de logs de seguridad y tratamiento de eventos de seguridad perimetral, redes, etc.
Necesario:
- Se precisa Técnico Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos de red o cualquier otra titulación de formación profesional de grado medio o superior relacionada con las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones.
- Se valorará la posesión de certificaciones de fabricantes de soluciones de seguridad, como CrowdStrike, Splunk, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc.
- Deseable, experiencia o conocimiento básico en las siguientes herramientas:
- Gestión de casos herramientas de ticketing (LUCIA CCN-CERT / BMC Hellix).
- Y conocimiento básico en otras herramientas como Cisco Threat Grid/Panacea, Cisco ESA IronPort, Forescout NAC, IPS Cisco Firepower, Nozomi, Zscaler, Prisma y Tenable.

We are the Data Science team within AI Labs, the applied AI department at Insud Pharma. We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products, models, and analytical solutions that directly inform and shape decision-making.
We are looking for an Applied Data Scientist with strong technical foundations who is eager to work across diverse and complex problem domains (R&D, drug manufacturing process optimization, clinical trials, and beyond). You will model problems from the ground up—defining the right framing, selecting appropriate methodologies, and owning solutions through rigorous development to full deployment.
We are seeking someone curious enough to tackle varied challenges (graph theory, embeddings, neural network forecasting models, causality, Bayesian optimization), rigorous enough to justify every technical and methodological decision, and independent enough to deliver end-to-end impact while taking full ownership of their work.

Beyond the Data Science team, you will work alongside AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work.
We hold regular demo days where teams present their work, as well as whiteboard sessions where we tackle problems together. The cross-disciplinary dynamic is genuinely strong. The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city.
The challenge!
- Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams. Each project is run by a small group — typically a Product Manager, a Data Scientist, an Engineer, and key stakeholders. Iteration is fast, feedback loops are short, and your contribution is visible from day one.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights in large datasets.
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and statistical methodologies to solve high-impact, real-world business problems.
- Translate technical findings into clear narratives, visualizations, and decision frameworks for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.
What do you need?
- Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Expertise in Python programming, including proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow…).
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge and experience in causal inference methodologies will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of deep learning architectures and natural language processing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in business contexts is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Clean, maintainable code and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their machine learning services.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases is a plus.
- Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication.

What are we looking for?
We´re looking for a Full Stack Developer, specialized in .Net Core and React. You´d join one of our agile teams with versatile development tasks. Your primary objective will be to help the team to maintain, develop and run the applications the team is working on. You will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, which is one of the leading wealth management groups.
Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. We are looking for candidates willing to relocate to Madrid
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are technologically versatile and familiar with the .NET Core tech stack, T-SQL, GitLab CI/CD plus you understand the concept of containerization & orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes and how services run)
- You are familiar with React, Knowledge of Angular would be a plus
- Further you are well familiar with application monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace and can use this knowledge to quickly identify and resolve production issues - either independently or by supporting the team
- You have experience in DevOps teams in agile environments (SAFe) working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO etc
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong communication, collaboration and networking skills - you are good in aligning yourself within and outside of the team and can work independently
- Strong and committed team player, motivated and willing to learn
- Preferred is experience with distributed teams already
- 5+ years of practical work experience in a similar role and setup
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration/continuous delivery), including pipeline design
- Your English communication skills are very good
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Further experiences which are not mandatory but a strong plus: cloud concepts and technologies, experience with deployments tools, such as octopus, banking knowhow is a plus
