Position: Teacher

Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat

Employment Type: Part-time (around 20h/week starting September 2024)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons based on our curriculum guidelines.
• Employ a variety of teaching techniques and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessments.
• Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that promotes language development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the academy.

Requirements:

• English speaker with exceptional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with diverse age groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student success.
