Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager located in Barberà del Vallès. Agreeing a vision (Future state) with the top management and enabling a strong growth strategy, the Continuous Improvement Manager will drive our lean journey. This role will be responsible for defning our VSM and creating iur VSD, identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing current operations, and driving operational excellence. Daily tasks include developing and executing business process improvement strategies, supporting operations, and ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity by leading Kaize (https://fmc.team n Workshops, following up their complete implementation and training our team. For our vision, the CIM will run together with the management regular assessments and internal audits, managing the agreed lean transformation KPIs and the derived lean road map. With a strong focus on the shopfloor, collaboration with various departments to optimize workflows is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Operational Excellence
• Proven skills in Operations Management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
