Overview

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Serás pieza clave en el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones web escalables y eficientes utilizando Angular 12+ y explorando arquitecturas de microfrontends para llevar nuestras interfaces al siguiente nivel.
- Te sumergirás en el mundo Java y Spring Boot para diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones backend, creando microservicios robustos y escalables que soporten nuestras operaciones.
- Trabajarás mano a mano con bases de datos, diseñarás y consumirás APIs REST y estarás al tanto de las prácticas de DevOps.
- Colaborarás en un proyecto estable y de larga duración, donde tu experiencia será fundamental para el éxito del equipo.
- Tendrás la oportunidad de seguir creciendo profesionalmente y aprender sobre tecnologías punteras.


¿Qué buscamos en ti?

- Experiencia demostrable de al menos 5 años como desarrollador/a Fullstack.
- ¡Imprescindible! Dominio absoluto de Angular 12+ y sus últimas novedades.
- ¡Imprescindible! Fuerte experiencia con Java y Spring Boot.
- Experiencia sólida en el diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de microservicios.
- Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con bases de datos (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experiencia en el desarrollo y consumo de APIs REST.
- Comprensión de los principios y prácticas de DevOps.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Mentalidad resolutiva y proactiva.


¿Qué sería la guinda del pastel?

- Experiencia con arquitecturas de microfrontends. ¡Nos encanta la innovación!
- Conocimientos en Kafka o manejo de eventos en general.
- Experiencia trabajando con motores de reglas o sistemas parametrizables.

Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) EMEA team main assignments are the following:

• Coverage of main European REITs, Real Estate Private Equity funds and Real Estate Asset Managers;
• Structuring and managing Specialised Real Estate financings mainly for Private Equity sponsors and Asset Managers.
  
  
  

The team is spread across 7 different European hubs (Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Lisbon).

The proposed position is within the Credit & Portfolio Management (CPM) team, whose role is to ensure all front-office tasks on deals post-closing (client relationship follow-up, risks follow-up, amendments, waivers, restructurings, refinancings...).

Responsibilities

Within Real Estate Capital Markets EMEA, the selected candidate will be part of a team of professionals recognised for their sectorial expertise in their reference market. Daily assignments in the CPM team, in close cooperation with the rest of the RECM teams, will be as follows:

• Analyse the quality of clients and the commitments of the Real Estate franchise (financial risks, ESG risks, market risks, etc.);
• Write credit notes presented to credit committees, internal decision-making bodies;
• Monitoring, analysing and evaluating our clients’ ESG performance;
• Work on our clients’ future cash flows (in Excel) models;
• Preparation of presentations/notes on specific segments of the Real Estate sector (trends, developments, projections, BNPP exposure to the sector) on an ad-hoc basis.
• Ensure data quality regular checks and ensure the timely provision of all information required for Regulatory reporting
