The role

When structuring our team we like to focus on the objectives to be achieved, not the “function”. Your objective as our Senior Events Specialist will be to get our teams together in a meaningful and impactful way.

You will be part of the team who owns anything that has to do with company and team events: budget, process, planning, communications, execution, tracking data, feedback… An event for us is anything that gets our teams together: from a team lunch to a 2-day-long company offsite or a meeting between our colleagues in the Barcelona hub. Organising some of these will just require you to set up an easy process so that teams can book on their own, while some other events will require a very active involvement in planning and executing.

We’re looking for someone who has a strong experience and skills to manage the current challenges, but who is also looking to grow, experiment and challenge our approach towards getting together

What You Will Do

Strategic thinking: be able to act quickly for events that come up from nowhere but also be able to think in the long-term and plan the events for the whole year.
Able to manage events that are in other locations (in any of our hubs), remote events or hybrid events.
Leading development, brainstorming, design, event creation, and communications for all-employee gatherings.
Designing and implementing methods to transform the remote/hybrid experience of company events.
Manage all aspects of event execution from proposal to delivery:

Handle budgeting and invoicing
Source, liaise, and negotiate with vendors
Oversee logistics and ensure smooth operations
Share updates with management
Manage communication with stakeholders
Lead or assist with event content creation
Provide aftercare (answering questions and comments)
Attend events when necessary
Develop event feedback surveys
Coordinate all event operations
Supervise staff (event coordinators, caterers, etc.) if applicable
Ensure smooth event completion and resolve any issues that arise
Analyse event success and prepare reports

What We Look For

Solid experience in events management for a > 300 employees company (tech or startup company is a plus).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Advanced Spanish is a plus (written and verbal).

Your Responsibilities As Head Of Entertainment Will Include

Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities.
Organising the schedules of the entertainers (teams of 1-28 entertainers).
Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
Following Acttiv’s quality policy
Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
Attending and receiving training provided by the company.
Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
Monitoring time recording
Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment

What are we asking for?

To join us as head of entertainment, we need you to:

Have previous experience of at least one season as head of entertainment.

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Test Automation Engineer specializing in .NET to test the hedge fund´s multi-asset class order management and execution management system.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and document the testing strategy, plan, and scope of testing for various features in parallel
- Organize and control the testing process from a business value perspective
- Facilitate inter-team communication across feature teams and POs
- Define test automation levels for a variety of features and components to support the test automation pyramid
- Write test automation scripts, extending the framework´s implementation when required
- Support our functional testers with manual testing activities when needed
- Participate in the code review process following standardized principles and conventions
- Be proactive, not tolerating problems, with the ability to work in environments with rapidly changing requirements and goals

REQUIREMENTS- 3+ years of QA experience and at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation using .NET
- Strong understanding of functional testing practices, documentation, and processes
- Good knowledge of C# and OOP

¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?

Buscamos un “Analista de Datos y Automatización de Flujos Operativos” para formar parte del equipo de “Transformación y Automatización de Flujos Operativos” en la Dirección de Transformación de Operaciones. Este rol será clave en la explotación, análisis y modelado de datos para la optimización y automatización de los flujos operativos, asegurando que las decisiones estratégicas estén basadas en información fiable y relevante.

El candidato ideal deberá tener conocimiento en análisis de datos, modelado de flujos, conocimiento de negocio bancarios y automatización de operaciones. Su función será comprender, validar y monitorizar los flujos operativos basados en datos, evaluar e implementar métricas de rendimiento (KPIs) y contribuir a la mejora continua mediante analítica avanzada.

Responsabilidades Principales

Explotación y Modelado de Datos:

Definir y estructurar flujos de información para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

Diseñar y mantener datos que permitan evaluar el rendimiento de los Flujos automatizados.

Asegurar la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos utilizados en la automatización de flujos operativos.

Análisis De Flujos y Optimización

Apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los flujos de trabajo mediante técnicas de análisis de Flujos y minería de Flujos (Process Mining).

Implementar herramientas de reporting y cuadros de mando que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas de automatización con métricas cuantificables.

Automatización y Soporte en la Implementación de Soluciones:

Apoyar en la configuración de herramientas de orquestación de Flujos y automatización.

Integrar datos de diversas fuentes para mejorar la contextualización y toma de decisiones en tiempo real.

Coordinación con equipos de desarrollo en la implementación de soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial y RPA.

Gestión De Información y Reporting

Gestión y diseño funcional de de informes y visualizaciones avanzadas con herramientas como Qlik Sense y Looker.

Diseñar análisis avanzados para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

Asegurar la democratización del acceso a los datos y la generación de insights accionables.

Requisitos mínimos

Habilidades Funcionales

Entendimiento funcional de las tareas y Flujos, identificando oportunidades de optimización, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio, su impacto y la experiencia del usuario.

Experiencia en análisis de datos y optimización de flujos operativos, con habilidad para interpretar flujos de trabajo y traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones analíticas.

Conocimientos sólidos en definición de KPIs, dashboards y reporting para la toma de decisiones en tiempo real.

Capacidad de identificar patrones y tendencias en grandes volúmenes de datos para impulsar mejoras operativas.

Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), documentación y modelado de Flujos.

Habilidades Tecnológicas

Conocimiento de arquitecturas bancarias (valorable el conocimiento de la arquitectura CaixaBank) y su relación con la automatización de Flujos.

Conocimiento en herramientas de minería de Flujos (Process Mining) y análisis avanzado de Flujos.

Dominio de herramientas de Business Intelligence y reporting como Qlik Sense y Looker.

Conocimiento en bases de datos SQL y NoSQL y experiencia en Flujos ETL.

Conocimientos en Python, SQL y Google Cloud (Vertex AI & BigQuery).

💻 Desarrollador/a de Software C/C++ | Sector Transporte .
¿Tienes experiencia en desarrollo C/C++ y te apasiona trabajar con dispositivos hardware? 🚀 Esta es tu oportunidad para participar en proyectos de control de accesos en el área de transporte, programando equipamiento de validación y venta.

🎯 Requisitos mínimos:

3 o más años de experiencia en desarrollo de software C/C++.
Experiencia trabajando con dispositivos HW (CTL/NFC, impresoras de recibos, etc.).
Conocimientos en mensajería (API REST, MQTT, WS).
✨ Requisitos deseables:

Experiencia con sistemas de recaudo.
Conocimientos de Jira.
Control de versiones (preferiblemente Git).
Integración y despliegue continuo (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experiencia en test de aplicaciones (unitarios, integración) con Mockito, Google Test.
Conocimiento de patrones de diseño y Clean Code.
Uso de Docker, CI/CD, IDE Visual Studio Code y CMakeLists.

Se busca un Technical Lead Web (Angular/.NET) para liderar el desarrollo de soluciones web en un proyecto de alta complejidad tecnológica. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la definición técnica, coordinación del equipo y participación activa en la programación, garantizando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega.

Ubicación: Preferiblemente en Madrid (modalidad híbrida: tres días presenciales y dos en remoto). Se valorará la posibilidad de trabajo 100 % remoto, siempre que exista disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales a Madrid para reuniones técnicas.

Jornada: Completa (40 horas semanales).

Funciones principales
Liderar técnica y funcionalmente al equipo de desarrollo.
Diseñar arquitecturas de software escalables, seguras y eficientes.
Participar activamente en el desarrollo (al menos un 30 % del tiempo).
Definir estándares de desarrollo, estimaciones y planificación técnica.
Coordinar con otros equipos técnicos (QA, infraestructura, arquitectura) para la integración de sistemas.
Asegurar la entrega de soluciones de alta calidad dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Requisitos
Titulación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.
Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo y liderazgo técnico.
Nivel de inglés alto (mínimo B2).
Conocimientos sólidos en:
.NET y C#
Angular (versiones recientes)
REST APIs y servicios web
JavaScript / TypeScript
SQL y arquitectura de microservicios
Entornos cloud y on-premise
Competencias personales: liderazgo, capacidad de organización, visión técnica y orientación a resultados.

Se valorará
Experiencia en proyectos de gran escala o transformación digital.
Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
Experiencia con herramientas DevOps y CI/CD.
