Position Overview
As an Investment associate at Zacua Ventures, you will be a core member of a small, high-performing investment team backing the most promising startups across the built environment. You will take end-to-end ownership of deals, from sourcing and thesis development through diligence, investment decision, and portfolio support.
This role anchors the fund’s coverage of deep-tech and hard-tech: industrials, advanced materials, energy, and decarbonization more broadly. It also complements the rest of the team, across technologies like AI, robotics, SaaS, and digital construction technologies. You will be the team’s point person for the science- and engineering-heavy opportunities that define the harder end of our mandate, and you will be expected to develop a differentiated point of view on where the built environment decarbonizes and re-industrializes next.
You will work directly with the Partners, lead diligence processes independently, and help mentor junior members of the team. The position is full-time based out of Madrid with a hybrid set-up between office and home work and frequent international travel.

3. Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling:

- Author clear, opinionated investment memos summarizing the thesis, key risks, and recommended terms.

En Cobser Consulting buscamos un/a Data Platform Engineer especializado/a en Databricks para participar en proyectos de alta complejidad, impulsando el diseño, evolución y adopción de plataformas de datos en entornos enterprise.

📌 Funciones principales:
✅ Diseñar, construir y operar plataformas de datos sobre Databricks y Azure garantizando escalabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento.
✅ Definir arquitecturas, estándares y buenas prácticas para entornos Data Lake/Lakehouse.
✅ Automatizar infraestructuras y despliegues mediante Infrastructure as Code y CI/CD.
✅ Desarrollar componentes reutilizables, librerías y arquitecturas de referencia para fomentar el autoservicio de datos.
✅ Asesorar técnicamente a equipos de ingeniería y analítica en el diseño de pipelines y soluciones de datos.
✅ Colaborar con equipos de arquitectura, seguridad y gobierno del dato para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
✅ Impulsar mejoras en la experiencia de desarrollo y adopción de la plataforma.
✅ Realizar formación, mentoring y documentación técnica para potenciar la madurez de ingeniería de datos.
🎯 Requisitos:
✔ Experiencia en Data Engineering o Data Platform Engineering en entornos enterprise.
✔ Experiencia sólida trabajando con Databricks.
✔ Conocimientos avanzados de Python y SQL.
✔ Experiencia en arquitecturas Data Lake/Lakehouse e integración de datos.
✔ Experiencia en Azure, CI/CD e Infrastructure as Code.
✔ Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
✔ Capacidad de comunicación con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
✔ Perfil colaborativo, proactivo y con orientación al mentoring.

Descripción
- Desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades sobre el producto.
- Participar en el mantenimiento y propuesta de mejoras que aporten valor.
- Participación en el proceso de traspaso que se llevará a medio plazo de las soluciones Delphi a Java mediante el uso de agentes de programación IA.
- Colaboración con el resto del equipo Agile.
- Aportación de nuevas soluciones técnicas innovadoras.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Formación técnica o superior.
- +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones Delphi.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones de gestión, componentes visuales, aplicaciones distribuidas y/o servicios de comunicación REST, JSON.
- Conocimiento de SQL.
- Enfoque a calidad y seguridad del producto.
- Valorable conocimientos de agile.
- Se valorará experiencia con Agentes de programación IA y su utilización práctica en el entorno Delphi.
- Espíritu colaborativo y de trabajo en equipo.
