Job Description
Set up & coordinate the in resort team before the season:
- Assist the Resort Manager to recruit and onboard onsite teams, organize in house trainings matching Le Collectionist standards.
- Ensure office space, cars, housing if needed matching allocated budget.
- Implement company tools and adapt routines to the team.
- Source, compile and contract with contractors and 3rd parties when applicable (cleaning & needed 3rd parties for the season).
- Plan and coordinate weekly staffing needs, managing staff working hours to comply with regulations.
- Manage resort accounts, cash floats, and operating budgets
- Liaise with the regional management team.
- Order amenities & marketing goodies needed from the central office (bizops).
- Oversea in resort stock management.
- Organize welcome baskets local contracts or with regional/central offices when needed.
- Organize pre arrival team meetings to coordinate weekend arrivals.
- Oversea properties pre-season house inspection with supply teams support to ensure all houses are ready and up to Le Collectionist’s standards.
- Support pre-arrival teams with sourcing/testing services and experiences matching the company standards.
- Support destinations Ibiza/Mallorca/ or Marbella and properties sales training.
- Supervise the welcoming of each of our customers while adhering to Le Collectionist brand standards, Dispatching Check-in & check out amongst the team, ensuring all guests are being welcomed according to Le Collectionist standards and process.
- Ensure all properties are ready up to standard and personalized as per guest’s requirements before check in..
- Customer experience management: act as the guardian of the quality of guest reception and the effective resolution of any issues raised during their stay. This includes supporting your teams responding to dissatisfied customer requests and assisting with their complaints.
- Internal coordination: act as an essential coordination point between our customers and various internal teams such as Sales, and Supply to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Resort Manager ensures that problem resolutions are handled by the appropriate individuals. (Ensure report and follow up of any issue or damage in CRM for optimal communication and history).
Profile:
- An interest in, or sensitivity to, the luxury and hospitality sector
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of a third language like French is a plus
- Based in Mallorca, Ibiza or Marbella
- Experience(s) in luxury rental management
- Valid driving license
- Highly organized and punctual
- Hospitality skills and know-how
- Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing teams

Our presence on-site and the standards of our sector require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season. Work is organized in rotation with the rest of the onsite team and overtime may be recovered.

The responsibilities of the Software Architect for the Tools & Automation Team will be the following:
- Automation Framework Development:
Design, implement, and maintain a robust Python-based automation framework used across multiple programs and environments. This includes defining architecture patterns, reusable components, libraries, and ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all automation projects.
- End-to-End Automation Lifecycle:
Lead the full development lifecycle of automation solutions - from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and release to the end customer.
- Software Design & Architecture:

Required Skills

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales organization and potential clients, helping them to understand and customize Guesty's products and services, and explain how they can meet their specific business needs. You will work closely with the sales organization to identify and understand customer needs, and then develop and present solutions that meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct product demos and technical presentations
- Present Guesty’s products to potential clients in a clear, technically accurate way.
- Explain how the platform streamlines short-term rental operations and drives business growth.
- Communicate complex technical details in simple, business-relevant terms.
- Tailor demos to the European market, with deeper focus on financial and regulatory workflows.
Collaborate with the sales team to create custom solutions
- Partner with the sales organization to identify client needs and technical requirements.
- Build or advise on customized solutions aligned to European operational needs.
- Help the sales team understand the technical aspects required to close deals.
Support successful onboarding and implementation
- Work with Product, Onboarding, and Engineering teams after a deal closes.
- Ensure custom solutions are understood, documented, and implemented correctly.
- Assist the Onboarding team with client-specific use cases and configurations.
- Provide technical support for post-sale activities when needed.
Serve as the technical expert on Guesty’s product in Europe
- Become a subject-matter expert on Guesty’s product suite, especially European-relevant features.
- Answer technical questions from prospects and support the sales team throughout the cycle.
- Stay updated on new product releases and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide feedback to improve features, particularly around accounting, taxes, and financial operations in Europe.
Requirements:
- Fast learner and self-starter of technical knowledge (we will prioritize this over past experience)
- Bi-lingual (professional level English + native-level fluency in another major European language like French, Spanish, and Italian) is a must. Any additional languages beyond that are a strong plus.
- Experience in sales engineering or a related role
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering or comparable experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and experience in building web-based applications that consume them is a plus
- Passion for writing clear and well-documented code, as well as self-learning through documentation and existing code is a plus.

En Hub4Retail ayudamos a marcas y tiendas multimarca a entender y activar sus datos de ventas y producto en el punto de venta.
Conectamos POS, ERPs y catálogos en una única plataforma para tomar mejores decisiones comerciales y de marketing.
Estamos reforzando nuestro equipo de producto y buscamos un/a Backend Developer que quiera construir producto real, con impacto directo en el negocio de nuestros clientes.
Formarás parte del equipo que diseña y desarrolla el corazón de la plataforma Hub4Retail:
- APIs que consume nuestro front,
- integraciones con sistemas externos (POS, ERPs, ecommerce, ficheros),
- y procesos que mueven y transforman grandes volúmenes de datos de ventas y catálogo.
Es un rol hands-on: buscamos a alguien que disfrute programando, que entienda los datos y que se sienta cómodo trabajando cerca de negocio y producto, usando también tests automatizados y herramientas de IA para ganar velocidad sin perder calidad.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs backend que utiliza el front de Hub4Retail.
- Implementar y optimizar procesos de ingestión de datos (ventas, stock, catálogos) desde distintas fuentes (POS, ERPs, ecommerce, CSV/SFTP, etc.).
- Modelar y consultar datos en PostgreSQL (tablas transaccionales, vistas, consultas para reporting).
- Diseñar e implementar tests automatizados (unitarios y de integración) para las principales funcionalidades del backend.
- Velar por la calidad del código: buenas prácticas, manejo de errores, revisiones de código y cobertura mínima de tests.
- Colaborar con el equipo de producto para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas simples y mantenibles.
- Aprovechar herramientas de IA (asistentes de código, generación de tests, ayuda con refactors y documentación) para trabajar de forma más eficiente.
- Contribuir a mejorar la observabilidad del sistema (logs, métricas, alertas) junto al resto del equipo.
Imprescindible
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend.
- Experiencia sólida desarrollando servicios con Node.js (TypeScript muy valorable).
- Conocimientos fuertes de bases de datos relacionales, idealmente PostgreSQL.
- Experiencia construyendo APIs REST para frontends tipo SPA (React o similar).
- Experiencia práctica escribiendo tests automatizados (unitarios, integración) y utilizando algún framework de testing en Node.js.
- Buen manejo de Git (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab…).
- Mentalidad de producto: entender el dominio (ventas, pedidos, catálogos de producto) y no solo la tecnología.
- Apertura a trabajar con herramientas de IA en el día a día para mejorar productividad y calidad del código.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno dinámico, con autonomía y responsabilidad.
- Posibilidad de trabajar en modelo híbrido en Barcelona (presencia periódica en oficina).
Valoramos especialmente
- Experiencia en entornos cloud, idealmente AWS.
- Experiencia previa en productos B2B SaaS o plataformas de datos.
- Conocimientos de integración de sistemas (APIs REST, webhooks, SFTP, CSV masivos…).
- Experiencia con infra as code (Terraform) y, en general, sensibilidad por la parte de despliegue/ops.
- Comodidad usando IA para desarrollo (asistentes de código, generación de tests, análisis de logs, etc.) y curiosidad por aplicar IA a problemas de negocio.
- Experiencia en proyectos de retail / ecommerce / moda o analítica de datos.
- Incorporarte a una plataforma en crecimiento con mucho recorrido en el sector retail y multimarca.
- Proyecto de producto, no consultoría: lo que desarrollas se ve, se usa y se mejora continuamente.
- Modelo híbrido en Barcelona, en un entorno cercano y de colaboración directa con negocio.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Autonomía, responsabilidad y la posibilidad de influir en cómo evoluciona la plataforma a nivel técnico y funcional.
