En Luckia estamos construyendo la tecnología que impulsará nuestro negocio en los próximos años y buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Desarrollo Web que se incorpore, desde A Coruña, al equipo de desarrollo de canales para construir y evolucionar nuestro canal web.

Tu misión será diseñar, desarrollar y mantener interfaces web modernas, rápidas y accesibles, garantizando la calidad del código y una experiencia de cliente excelente. Te incorporarás a un equipo multidisciplinar (diseño, tecnología, data, producto) donde trabajarás con un stack basado en frameworks de javascript modernos y con herramientas de IA integradas en el día a día del desarrollo.

Es una posición con impacto directo en el producto que usan nuestros clientes, integrada en el equipo de Canales y con reporte al Tech Leader de Canales.

💻 ¿Qué harás?

• Desarrollar y evolucionar el canal web de Luckia, construyendo interfaces sólidas, accesibles y responsive con HTML semántico, CSS moderno y Tailwind CSS.
• Implementar nuevas funcionalidades con frameworks modernos, aplicando tipado robusto, inmutabilidad y buenas prácticas de diseño de componentes.
• Trabajar con diferentes estrategias de renderizado (SPA, SSR, SSG) según las necesidades de rendimiento y SEO.
• Integrar el frontend con APIs REST y servicios externos (identidad, pagos, plataformas transaccionales), gestionando correctamente estados de carga, errores y seguridad.
• Contribuir a la librería de componentes reutilizables y al sistema de diseño, colaborando con Product designers para asegurar consistencia visual y usabilidad.
• Participar en la organización y evolución técnica del proyecto: herramientas de construcción como Vite.
• Escribir tests de componentes, hooks e integraciones (Testing Library, mocking de APIs) y participar activamente en code reviews y pipelines de CI/CD.
• Utilizar herramientas de IA generativa y agentes de código en el día a día para acelerar el desarrollo, mejorar la calidad y resolver problemas complejos, con criterio y de forma responsable.
• Velar por el rendimiento (Core Web Vitals), la accesibilidad y la correcta instrumentación de analítica, en colaboración con Producto, CRO y Datos.
• Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias del canal web y proponer acciones de mejora continua.

🚀 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

✔️ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a web frontend o full stack en productos digitales.

✔️ Dominio de HTML y CSS moderno (Flexbox, Grid, diseño responsive, container queries) y experiencia con Tailwind CSS o herramientas similares.

✔️ Sólidos conocimientos de JavaScript y TypeScript (union types, narrowing, generics, utility types).

✔️ Experiencia desarrollando con React/VUE o algún framework equivalente: componentes, hooks, formularios, gestión de estado y composición.

✔️ Experiencia consumiendo APIs REST e integrando servicios externos.

✔️ Conocimientos de testing frontend (Testing Library, Jest o Vitest) y de buenas prácticas de desarrollo: Git, code review, CI/CD.

✔️ Familiaridad con herramientas de construcción modernas (Vite) y con la organización de proyectos a escala.

✔️ Uso habitual de herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo (asistentes de código, agentes), con criterio sobre calidad y seguridad del código generado.

✔️ Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y colaborando con equipos de producto y diseño.

✔️ Buena capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.

✔️ Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2).

Your Tasks

Customer Order Services (COS) is the strategic backbone for customer order data and processing at MediaMarktSaturn. It consolidates order information, standardizes access through a common API model, and orchestrates fine-grained workflows that power the end-to-end online order journey. Positioned as the main communication layer, COS connects the Order Management Systems (OMS) with major corporate applications — such as SAP Retail, Checkout, Payment systems, Invoicing applications, and Pick-and-Pack solutions — ensuring consistent, real-time order processing across the enterprise.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, implement, and evolve COS REST APIs and event schemas (OpenAPI, API Gateway), enabling contract-first integrations and decoupling consumers from Order Management platform.
• Develop and orchestrate event-driven order workflows with Kafka/Kafka Streams and Temporal (basket-to-order, payment/checkout, digital activation, fulfillment, transport management), ensuring reliability, idem-potency, and auditability.
• Build and maintain data persistence and propagation: model order data in Protobuf, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, drive real-time synchronization to corporate systems, and support analytics via Pub/Sub to BigQuery with strong data quality and PII safeguards.
• Operate the platform on GCP/Kubernetes using GitOps (Flux): monitor and troubleshoot production, optimize performance and scalability, manage incidents, and continually improve SLAs, security, and resilience.
  
  

Your Profile

• Strong experience building event-driven, distributed systems
• Proficiency in Kotlin on the JVM; solid Java skills; familiarity with Python or TypeScript is a plus.
• Proven track record designing contract-first RESTful APIs with OpenAPI, including versioning, error models, and API gateway policies (e.g., Kong/Apigee).
• Practical experience with relational and noSQL databases (like MongoDB and PostgreSQL), schema design, transactions, performance tuning in high-throughput environments.
• Experience in cloud-native operations, e.g. on GCP with Kubernetes and Terraform; GitOps (Flux), CI/CD, observability (logging, metrics, tracing), and production troubleshooting.
• Integration expertise using synchronous and asynchronous patterns (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.) across enterprise systems

About This Team And Role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile software engineer to work on the tools and systems that support Firefox engineering.

This is a broad software engineering role spanning internal engineering systems, developer tooling, workflow automation, and the infrastructure required to operate them. We are looking for an engineer with strong software development skills and meaningful experience deploying and operating production systems.

Our Cloud Engineering teams provide shared platforms and foundational services, while engineering teams own the applications and services they run on them. A key part of this role is helping teams succeed in that model by solving difficult operational problems, establishing standards and patterns, and building tooling and automation that makes systems easier to operate. You will also contribute directly to the software, tools, and systems that support Firefox engineering.

You will work across projects and technical domains, joining teams or existing efforts when needed and independently taking on problems that require focused ownership.

We build in the open. Open source is fundamental to how we work, and contributing back to the broader open-source ecosystem is an important part of the role.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, deploy, and operate software and systems supporting Firefox engineering.
• Contribute to developer tooling, CI/CD, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Own complex technical problems end-to-end across software, cloud, and operational layers, improving reliability, performance, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Work with Firefox engineering, Cloud Engineering, IT, and other teams to solve problems that span technical and organizational boundaries.
• Use telemetry, metrics, and data analysis to investigate problems and guide engineering decisions.

What you'll bring:

Strong software engineering skills and substantial hands-on experience deploying and operating production systems are core requirements for this role. We do not expect you to be an expert in every technology or domain listed below.

• Experience building and deploying and operating production systems in cloud environments, including utilizing infrastructure as code such as Terraform.

The Global OT Application Engineer implements, integrates, tests, deploys and supports industrial applications across manufacturing sites. The role configures and implements global use cases and applications.

The Application Engineer is the technical bridge between plants, application owners, developers, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, software vendors and system integrators. The role covers both purchased or configured applications and internally built solutions; it is neither limited to software development nor to coordination.

Assigned scope:

• Global OT applications across manufacturing sites, including MES/MOM, SCADA, IIoT and CMMS domains.
• Purchased, configured and internally developed applications and their interfaces to plant and business systems.
  
  

Primary emphasis:

• Applications are deployed safely, consistently and with clear acceptance evidence.
• Plant systems exchange accurate and reliable data through governed interfaces.
• Sites receive effective onboarding, technical support and operational handover.
• Incidents and recurring technical problems are resolved at the appropriate support level.
• Global templates and standards are applied without losing control of necessary local adaptations.
  
  

Main tasks / Standard of performance

Implementation and Integration:

• Configure and implement applications, templates and technical components in accordance with the approved solution design.
• Gather requirements to integrate applications with PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES/MOM, IIoT, historians and business systems such as ERP, LIMS or QMS.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial data exchange using technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs and SQL.
• Ensure that global libraries, naming conventions, templates, interfaces and deployment standards are followed.
• Document any approved local deviation from the global template, including its justification and approval, in the application documentation.
• Review technical and functional deliveries from developers, vendors and system integrators and challenge gaps in quality, maintainability or operability.
  
  

Testing and Validation:

• Translate approved requirements and designs into a complete and traceable technical test scope.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration and regression tests and support FAT, SAT and user acceptance testing.
• Diagnose bugs, coordinate correction and test cycles, and maintain clear test evidence and release documentation.
• Verify connectivity, data integrity, performance, resilience, security controls and operational readiness.
• Confirm that acceptance criteria are met before recommending release or production deployment.
  
  

Deployment and Site Onboarding:

• Lead the technical work required to take an application from a controlled release into stable plant operation.
• Assess site readiness, infrastructure, signals, interfaces, data availability and local dependencies.
• Coordinate technical activities with plant stakeholders, local OT teams, vendors and system integrators.
• Execute or supervise installation, configuration, commissioning and cut-over activities.
• Provide hypercare, technical training, documentation and a clear handover to support and site teams.
  
  

Operations and Support:

• Provide ITIL-based L2/L3 application support: advanced troubleshooting, functional bug-fixing and technical incident escalation across sites (ITIL support levels, not Purdue Model network layers).
• Perform problem management: conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring application errors.
• Manage technical change requests: oversee software modifications from assessment through testing, release and production deployment.
• Monitor application health: track application performance, data interfaces (APIs) and support trends to recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain knowledge databases: manage technical documentation, application runbooks, release notes and Known-Error Databases (KEDB).

• Act as the practical interface between plant operations and the teams that design, build and supply the applications.

Functional & Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of at least one relevant application domain: MES/MOM, SCADA, IIoT or CMMS, and of interfaces to PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.
• Practical integration knowledge using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs and SQL.
• Ability to read, adapt or create components using Python, C#, Java or JavaScript when needed.
• Working knowledge of versioning, release, incident, problem and change-management practices.

• Experience with industrial applications, automation, MES/MOM, SCADA, IIoT or comparable manufacturing systems; senior appointments normally require demonstrated responsibility across multiple sites or complex industrial programs.
• Professional English; additional languages relevant to the assigned region are an advantage.

• Primary European hiring locations Barcelona and southern or western Germany, plus a senior regional position in the north-eastern United States.

The Application Engineer:

• Together with the Project Managers, defines implementation and configuration approaches within approved standards.
• Stops or rejects a technical deployment when readiness or acceptance criteria are not met.
• Recommends fixes, improvements and standard changes based on operational evidence.
• Escalates architecture, security, scope and vendor-performance risks.
• The role does not own application strategy, roadmap, backlog or commercial vendor decisions, does not act only as a software developer without integration, testing, support and site responsibilities, does not replace the plant's operational ownership or bypass agreed OT governance, and does not approve material deviations from global standards without the relevant owner or authority.

Regional Design Producer Lead - ( Madrid )

Seen & Heard is a global creative agency with studios in Newcastle and London, delivering design, video production, creative communication and brand adaptation for global brands. Now we're going further. This is a brand-new role and a rare opportunity for a designer who's ready to step up, take the lead and shape how great creative lands across an entire region.

THE ROLE

As Regional Design Producer Lead, you'll be the guardian of cultural and creative relevance for your region. Global marketing toolboxes and their localisations are created in our UK design hub. Your mission is to make sure that work doesn't just arrive in your markets, it truly lands.

This is a Design Producer role first. Creative judgement and output sit at its heart, with project management running alongside. Yes, there's plenty of coordination, and you'll need to be brilliantly organised to do it well. But the real magic is this: looking at an asset built for everyone, knowing instantly how it will and won't work in your markets, and directing what needs to change. That cultural instinct is exactly why this role lives in the region, not the hub.

You'll also be the person who brings the region together. Markets get what they need faster, and for less, when their requirements arrive as one set rather than one at a time. You'll pull those requirements together, sharpen them along the way and get them in on time, then make sure the finished work gets back out to the markets just as smoothly.

This is leadership without line management: you'll lead through influence, expertise and great creative judgement. It's the perfect next step for a designer with a strong creative eye who's ready to start delivering through others, and who wants to grow with our business. You'll embody our values of curiosity, partnerships, insight, agility and integrity, and solve problems through beautiful design, rather than treating design as just an output.

Where you'll fit in

You'll report directly to a Director.

You'll partner closely with the client's creative operations lead for your region. They own the workflow, approvals, budgets and reporting. Within all of that, you're the one who owns brief quality, cultural judgement and market consolidation.

You'll also be part of a growing network of regional producers. They're your peers, with no reporting line either way: the people you'll swap ideas with, cover for and build a genuine support network alongside.

Expect two to three days a week in the client's office in the region, with the rest of the week working from home. And because this role is brand new, you'll have room to help shape exactly what that looks like as working relationships in the region settle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultural Relevance

This is the heart of the role, and the part that simply can't be done from the UK. It's why you'll be based in the region.

• Alongside the marketing teams in the countries, decide what adapts, what has to be made from scratch, and what is not right for a market at all.
• Check what comes out of the hub for cultural fit, inside the hub’s quality gate rather than as another approval on the end of it.
• Say when something will not work, say why, and say what would. Flagging a problem without an answer is a job half done.
• Hold a position when a market asks for something that would damage the work or the brand, and know when to concede.
• Know what is going on in the region. Retail landscape, salon landscape, competitors, language, trends and what the markets are reacting to.

Markets and Briefs

Every market in the region briefs through you, making you the region's creative gatekeeper. A half-finished brief costs everyone time, so you'll set the bar for brief quality and make sure every brief that reaches the hub is ready to fly.

• Be the contact for the markets in the region, and build relationships with them that go further than email.
• Quality-gate every brief before it reaches the hub. Push back, and help markets get a brief to the point where it can be worked on.
• Refuse variations that are off-brand, inappropriate or not worth what they cost. Explain why rather than simply saying no.
• Consolidate requirements so the hub gets one set from the region rather than several. These requirements need to land alongside the other regions as the model expands so scale can be leveraged in the hub.
• Coordinate with the global team what the markets keep asking for, so the next toolbox has it built in.

EXPERIENCE

• Producing or managing creative work across more than one market, in an agency, a brand, an in-house studio or a market team.
• Working inside established creative or operational systems, and adapting them for market or business unit.
• Running briefs/requirements and stakeholders across several countries or departments.
• Running feedback and approval rounds to a deadline, and holding people to them.
• Creative automation or AI-assisted production/operations, hands-on and current, with a clear view of what AI does well and where it does not add value.
• Reporting on volumes, progress and spend accurately and on time.
• Fluent English, and fluent in the language of the country this role is based in.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Creative judgement. Can look at a piece of work and say why it will not land in a market, and what would.
• Able to hold a position with a market, with the hub or with a client colleague, and to know when to concede.
• Highly organised. Several markets converge on this role and nothing can be allowed to fall through it.
• Comfortable being the only Seen & Heard person in the room, being able to represent the company and the work.
• Clear about the difference between a preference and a problem.
• Writes a brief someone can start work from.
• Generous with what they know, and curious about markets other than their own.

DESIRABLE

• A design background, and enough hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud to make a small amend without asking.
• Conversational skills in additional languages from the region.
• Beauty, fashion or FMCG background, and an understanding of salon and retail.
• Experience of a hub-and-spoke or centralised production model, from either end of it.
• Localisation or transcreation specifically, rather than general production.
• Working knowledge of a DAM or creative workflow platform.
• Experience of a business going through growth or structural change.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

• Participar en el desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones web tanto en front-end como en back-end.

Datos y automatización
