Office Manager at Elliott James – Marbella
Hey there! Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same? Elliott James is on the hunt for a dynamic Office Manager to join our team in Marbella. This role is all about being proactive, independent, and able to tackle a range of tasks. You'll need to be a gatekeeper for the CEO, someone he can fully trust, and a go-to person who can keep things running smoothly in our fast-paced real estate world.
What You'll Be Doing:General Admin & Tech Help: Organize meetings, manage office documents, and assist the CEO with tech-related tasks like CRM apps, printer troubleshooting, or laptop support.Managing Airbnb & Client Relations: Handle Airbnb inquiries and customer service across platforms like Idealista, email, and phone.Financial Admin: In charge of invoicing, payments, and regular communication with accountants to ensure financial accuracy—Knowledge of the tool Xero is a plus.CRM & Listings Management: Manage different CRM systems like Asana & Inmobalia. Oversee listings on platforms like Idealista and Resales. Track leads and assist brokers in closing deals.Marketing Support: Collaborate with our Marketing Manager on newsletters, manage contacts in HubSpot, and assist with marketing research.What We're Looking For:We prefer someone with previous office management experience. You'll need to be the kind of person who loves to work independently and get things done, with a dash of smiles and fun in between. It doesn't always have to be serious!
You should have a strong character and be able to handle the chaotic side of real estate. This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding. You'll be the go-to person for the CEO, so a sense of loyalty and trust is key. A strong affinity for the Elliott James brand is essential.
