The role involves close partnership with senior product managers, tech leaders, and partner teams drive customer-focused innovation impacting millions of customers around the world. You collaborate with designers and researchers to generate innovative ideas and simplify experiences across Amazon. You are responsible for relentlessly advocating for best-in-class CX. You use design expertise (user interface design, branding, interaction models, prototypes, etc.
) to create data-informed design solutions. You generate and synthesize diverse types of data to improve products and features.

Key job responsibilities

* Work design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.

* Define, develop, and socialize the vision for innovative new solutions.

* Work across multiple organizations to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking.

* Use data and customer insights to confidently defend design solutions with senior leaders.

* Promote collaboration and facilitate communication with stakeholders across diverse disciplines and geographies.

* Foster a customer-obsessed design culture by sharing best practices and influencing product strategy.

* Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.

* Use systems-level design thinking to drive design solutions that scale.

* Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

5+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Experience designing customer facing retail products

Proficiency in presenting design work to management and leadership stakeholders

Experience owning end to end product design for medium- to large-scale products

Proficiency working with Figma, or similar tools

DISEÑADOR UI/UX: Junior, Mid-Level o Senior

Responsabilidades

Serás responsable de la investigación de UX y el diseño de UX para procesos digitales, interfaces y comunicación con el cliente. Además de contribuir a la mejora de los procesos (digitales) con el objetivo de aumentar la satisfacción del cliente, la facilidad de uso y la accesibilidad de los servicios.

• Crear diseños visuales y prototipos interactivos para aplicaciones y sitios web.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo y producto para garantizar una experiencia de usuario intuitiva y visualmente atractiva.
• Realizar investigaciones de usuarios y pruebas de usabilidad para garantizar que los diseños se alineen con las necesidades de los usuarios.
• Desarrollar wireframes, maquetas y prototipos utilizando herramientas de diseño como Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Crear y mantener guías de estilo y sistemas de diseño coherentes para asegurar la consistencia visual a lo largo de todos los productos.
• Analizar y comprender datos de usuarios y feedback para optimizar las interfaces de usuario.
• Asegurar que los diseños sean responsivos y optimizados para distintos dispositivos y plataformas.
  
  

• Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, entre otras.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario intuitivas y atractivas para aplicaciones web y móviles.
• Conocimiento de los principios de diseño de interfaces, usabilidad, accesibilidad y diseño responsivo.
• Capacidad para crear prototipos interactivos y wireframes.
• Experiencia en la realización de pruebas de usuario y análisis de feedback.
• Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva para colaborar con otros diseñadores, desarrolladores y product managers.

We are seeking someone with mid-level experience to join our product team and assist our product design lead in building and delivering amazing digital products. We need a person with a passion for product design and user experience, someone who has a great eye for detail and a good understanding of user experience and product design.

You will

• Assist our product design lead in delivering beautiful, thoughtful, and useful work that has a real impact on our clients' businesses.
• Build prototypes, assisting in user research and usability testing.
• Create conceptual models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes, and style guidelines.
• Drive your designs from concept flows/wireframes to functional high-definition visual design.
• Assist developers with design handoff.
• Iterate solutions based on customer data, interactions, and feedback.
• Work on internal marketing-related design projects.

We're looking for someone who has

• UX/UI design experience.
• A final user-oriented mindset.
• A creative mindset and a strong passion for product design.
• A strong UX/UI portfolio that shows conceptual design thinking for web and digital apps.
• Curiosity, humbleness, and a willingness to try, fail, learn, and try again.
• Knowledge in design patterns, design framework,s or systems (Material design, Fluent, Flat design, …).
• Tooling expertise (Figma).
• Good knowledge of design composition and color theory.
• Extra points for HTML/CSS and graphic/Print Design skills.
