1) ¿Cuál es la misión?
La misión será impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo de las actividades de ventas de la compañía en la región de Iberia.
2) Tareas Principales:
Desarrollo de Estrategias de Ventas:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas para el mercado iberia, alineadas con los objetivos y metas de la empresa.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y fomentar relaciones con clientes potenciales.
- Monitorear tendencias del mercado, necesidades de los clientes y actividades de la competencia para ajustar estrategias e identificar áreas de crecimiento.
Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes:
- Establecer y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes existentes, brindando un excelente servicio y soporte.
- Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y proporcionar soluciones personalizadas según los productos y servicios de la empresa siempre siguiendo el modelo de negocio 80/20 de la compañía.
- Desarrollar y gestionar cuentas clave, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción y retención de clientes.
Cumplimiento de Objetivos:
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y desarrollo de negocios establecidos por la dirección.
- Gestionar el pipeline de ventas y prever los ingresos para garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas trimestrales y anuales.
- Negociar precios y condiciones contractuales con los clientes para cerrar acuerdos de manera efectiva.
Conocimiento de Productos y Soporte Técnico:
- Adquirir un conocimiento profundo de la gama de productos de la empresa y comunicar eficazmente los beneficios de los productos a los clientes.
- Brindar soporte técnico a los clientes ayudándolos a seleccionar los productos adecuados según sus necesidades.
- Colaborar con los equipos de I+D y técnicos para mantenerse informado sobre desarrollos de productos e innovaciones del sector.
Análisis de Mercado e Informes:
- Informar regularmente sobre el desempeño de ventas, condiciones del mercado y análisis de la competencia a la alta dirección.
- Recopilar retroalimentación de los clientes y prospectos para mejorar la oferta de productos y el posicionamiento en el mercado.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado e identificar nuevos segmentos y clientes potenciales dentro del mercado ibérico.
3) ¿Qué requisitos debe tener tu perfil?
- Experiencia:
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en ventas, con al menos 2-3 años en la industria química o de laboratorios.
- Historial comprobado de éxito en ventas B2B y en el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
- Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas clave y relaciones con clientes en el mercado ibérico.
- Habilidades:
- Conocimiento técnico profundo de productos químicos, servicios de laboratorio o campos relacionados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Valorable idioma inglés.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples proyectos.
- Viajes: Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia dentro de la Península Ibérica.
4) Cualificaciones Preferidas:
- Experiencia con productos químicos de laboratorio, reactivos y equipos de prueba.
- Familiaridad con regulaciones del sector, normas de seguridad y certificaciones.
- Experiencia en un puesto de ventas regional, cubriendo tanto España como Portugal.

What you’ll do
We're looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to proactively generate new business, provide account management for new and existing accounts and work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. Attend leisure trade shows, road shows, workshops, fam trips, community and industry events.
- Assist to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract leisure travelers including individuals, families and leisure groups.
- Lead hotel’s sales efforts with key leisure market accounts. Attend specific sales calls, tradeshows, forums, workshops, and industry events to promote the hotel as well as to get qualified leads. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports, leisure presentations and file maintenance.
- Identify and qualify lifestyle and luxury programs for the hotel, ensuring up-to-date information and content. Provide personalized service to these accounts, maintaining strong relationships with leisure clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage day-to-day customer support with key agency accounts.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking and outreach efforts. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

- Analyze leisure sales data and market trends to forecast revenue accurately. Provide regular activities/ sales plan reports and updates.
- Manage the leisure sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Delphi and Opera, keep that nourished with the updated information.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valuable minimum of two (2) years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent industry experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Experience managing luxury brands.
- Someone who understands, celebrates and embraces the SLS brand values.
- Full availability to travel.
- Valuable knowledge of sales skills, ability to understand customer requirements and translating these into sales solutions and revenue management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills required, must be able to always present self professionally.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
