El trabajo de Front Office Supervisor se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

• Es responsable de supervisar y garantizar que el servicio que se presta desde la Recepción del hotel siga los estándares y procedimientos de 7Pines Resort Ibiza para ofrecer a los clientes un servicio excelente y personalizado.
• Se asegura de que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y materiales y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Mantiene una buena comunicación con su propio equipo y con otros departamentos sobre los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo al funcionamiento del hotel y al bienestar de los huéspedes.
  
  
  

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: Planificar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de recepción relacionadas con la llegada y salida de huéspedes, incluidos los upselling, la asignación de habitaciones a VIP, grupos y demás eventos. Coordina y supervisa el trabajo del equipo de recepción y comprueba que todos ellos sigan los estándares de uniformidad y siguen las normas de servicio. Lleva a cabo la formación de los nuevos empleados en el puesto de trabajo. Motiva al personal para conseguir un rendimiento excelente. Atiende las peticiones y quejas de los huéspedes de forma educada y eficiente. Se mantiene actualizado sobre los productos y servicios del hotel y los eventos de la isla que pueda ser de interés para nuestros huéspedes.

Usual job responsibilities include: Plan and supervise the day-to-day operations of the reception section which are related to the arrival and departure of guests, including the room sales, the room assignments of VIPs, Groups and Crews and room registrations. Coordinates and monitors the work of direct subordinates and verifies that all receptionists are well groomed and their adherence to service standards. Carry out the on the job training for the new employees. Motivates staff to bring about excellent performance. Handles guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner. Keep abreast on hotel products and services as well as events around the island that may be of any interest to our guests.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

• Conocimientos de Ópera (PMS) y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo de al menos 2 años.
• Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) and experience of 2 years min, in 5 star/luxury hotels.
• Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic.
