Our Comprehensive Internship Includes
- Hotel Overview: Accompanied by the director, learn about all hotel areas, including guest spaces, technical facilities, and staff zones.
- Department Rotations: Work in key departments like Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Storeroom to understand daily operations and guest services.
- Management Exposure: Assist the director with data analysis, quality meetings, staff management, guest complaints, and strategic tasks.
- Internship Report: Reflect on your learning, propose improvements, and analyze your experience through a self-evaluation and SWOT analysis.
- Evaluation: Receive feedback on your technical skills, professionalism, and future potential, with opportunities for employment based on performance.
