Responsibilities:
- Management, development, and execution of telecommunication equipment installation projects in mobile base stations.
- Collaboration with technical and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and optimization of proposed designs.
- Supervision and monitoring of project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established deadlines.
- Adaptation of designs to the specific requirements of each project, considering local regulations and industry standards.
- Native English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to telecommunication equipment installation.
- Experience in managing and supervising multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in project execution and design for the installation of telecommunication equipment, preferably in mobile base stations.
- Stable contract.
