Required Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Intermediate to high English level (minimum B2).
  • Experience in the development of European projects.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to speak in public.


Duties & Responsabilities:

  • Design, organisation and execution of activities, actions, campaigns, events, etc. related to innovation and entrepreneurship, such as inspirational and training/mentoring sessions/talks, workshops and job fairs....
  • Representation, participation and attendance at events and activities in different locations, which involves travel.
  • Preparation and organisation of daily agendas and meetings.
  • Organisation and management of teams.
  • Support in administrative tasks related to projects, events, presentations and activities.
  • Drafting of national and European proposals and projects, as well as reports and other documentation.
  • Coordination and quality control of projects.
  • All kinds of tasks related to the execution of projects, follow-up, travel, preparation, support to participants (speakers, team, startups, assistants, etc.).
  • And all those functions inherent to the job and professional category.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in event organisation.
  • Volunteering in entrepreneurship events organisation, and international activities.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a constantly changing environment, working effectively in groups and in large events.
  • Availability for immediate incorporation.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Interest in the world of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.


Holidays:

  • Correspond 30 days per year worked. Dates to be agreed by both parts.


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 13:00 & 16:00 to 19:00 (Two hour lunch break)


Selection process:

  • After an initial assessment of the CVs received, the organisation will contact those candidates who pass to the next stage of the selection process, which will consist of an official process that includes a personal interview.
