We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional German Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely. Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for various roles in the consumer services sector
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for international job placements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-up
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to expand the talent pool and consolidate candidate pipelines
  • Provide expert advice to candidates regarding job opportunities, market trends, and interview preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective recruitment strategies and share best practices


Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal communication
  • Strong networking skills with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively in a remote setting
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
