QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Data Solution Architect, tu objetivo será:
- Definir la estrategia y evolución de la arquitectura técnica de la plataforma tecnológica de SCFGS HQ, alineando su definición a la estrategia y arquitecturas de referencia definidas a nivel grupo.
- Participar en la definición de la arquitectura para proyectos ejecutados desde SCF HQ en colaboración con partners y unidades locales.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Responsable de Arquitectura del SW para Santander Consumer para el ambito de todos los proyectos de Data.
- Analizar la situación Actual y proponer la solución que mejor se adapte a la solución necesaria.
- Gestión y Organización de la arquitectura de SW dentro de HQ y del resto de proyectos de Datos, que permita cubrir todo el ecosistema de aplicaciones actuales y aplicaciones e iniciativas globales, incluyendo entornos cloud.

Responsable del acompañamiento con el resto de equipos del Santander Consumer GS de la preparación de Diseños Técnicos, de Infraestructura y Soluciones
- Conocimiento y comunicación de políticas, patrones y principios de la arquitectura definida.
- Acompañamiento en los diseños de solución validando los requerimientos técnicos y funcionales y garantizando el alineamiento con los principios, estándares y normativa definidos.
- Validar productos y aplicaciones de mercado como parte de un ecosistema global. Colaboración en POCs para la evaluación de soluciones de mercado y Soporte a los distintos proyectos de datos en el ámbito de SCF HQ y resto de áreas de Santander Consumer, relacionados con Datos.

EXPERIENCIA
- 5 años Experiencia en proyectos de Tecnología dentro del mundo de Financiación al consumo y al menos 2 años en entornos cloud, tanto Azure como AWS.

EDUCACIÓN
- Titulado superior.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos Funcionales: Banca en general, Dentro del ámbito de Datos.
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Arquitectura de Microservicios, LDAP/DA - Sistemas de autenticación, Arquitecturas basadas en cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Dockers, Kubernetes, etc...), APIs y productos de integración (ESB,...), protocolos estándar de integración.
- Herramientas Utilizadas Hdfs, Hive, Spark, Oracle, ETL, PowerBI, Qlik, Azure, AWS.
- Nivel alto de inglés.

• Captura y generación de los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales que se traduzcan en la arquitectura de negocio y/o arquitecturas de solución.
• Diseñar y proponer las soluciones técnicas para garantizar el cumplimiento de la arquitectura corporativa y ejecución de la estrategia IT.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento del diseño y la arquitectura de referencia y de la solución con los principios de la arquitectura empresarial, los modelos de referencia y las mejores prácticas.
• Evaluar la calidad de implementación de las soluciones propuestas y existentes y proponer mejoras arquitecturales si es necesario.
• Colaborar de manera efectiva con negocio, IT y con terceros, para coordinar la entrega de capacidades y soluciones tecnológicas de última generación e innovación.

• Amplia experiencia en modelos de arquitectura de negocio y de soluciones tecnológicas empresariales. Preferentemente en el sector financiero. Al menos 3 años con experiencia en puesto similares.
• Mapeo de funcionalidades de negocio a procesos de negocio (arquitectura de negocio) a las soluciones tecnológicas.
• Definición roadmap de aplicaciones. Creando y asegurando el mapa de aplicaciones del dominio donde este asignado.
• Amplia experiencia en arquitectura de aplicaciones como API, microservicios, kubernetes, CI/CD, framework frontales (angular), monitorización, etc.
• Deseables conocimientos de TOGAF, UML, Scrum, Spotify o SAFE, DevOps
• Experiencia con arquitectura de aplicaciones nativas cloud como Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud o AWS. con certificación en Fundamentos Cloud o cualquier otra certificación en cloud.
• Trabajar con equipos agiles organizados como: Scrum, Spotify (tribus) o SAFE.

* Experience as a Solution/Software Architect specializing in web technologies. 
* Experience with system modelling tools and diagrams (e.g., C4, UML). 
* Practical development experience in web application development. 
* Strong foundation in software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices. 
* Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) and its application in software development. 
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures. 
* Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns. 
* Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, PubSub). 
* Familiarity with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for defining APIs, and exercising the APIs through appropriate tools (e.g., Postman). 
* Knowledge of data modeling, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and database normalisation. 
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
