Misión
- Gestionar y coordinar las actividades de marketing para el canal RETAIL en España (farmacias, parafarmacias).

Responsabilidades
Diseño y ejecución del plan de Marketing & Trade Marketing para los canales: farmacias, parafarmacias (perfumerías & ECI) en coordinación con los diferentes departamentos (Mrk Corporativo, Comercial, Demand Planning, Sistemas, Compras, Oficina Técnica,...) y asegurando una perfecta ejecución a nivel de imagen en el punto de venta.
- Crear y desarrollar materiales de visibilidad permanente y temporal para la marca: expositores, escaparates , visuales promo, kit de teatralización para eventos en puntos de venta,…
Promover acciones de dinamización de sell-out en los distintos canales.
- Asegurarse de la activación 360° de las distintas iniciativas.
- Establecer las prioridades de imagen temporal y permanente de la marca en el punto de venta y online: visual and merchandising guidelines.
- Seguimiento datos sell in + sell out de la marca y principales competidores: extracción datos, análisis de resultados.
- Seguimiento competencia: salidas a mercado, informes y recomendaciones.
- Ciclos comerciales: preparación de los materiales para lanzamientos e iniciativas promocionales de los ciclos.
- Control de Budget y presupuestos con los diferentes proveedores.
- Coordinación y participación en congresos.
Perfil
- Experiencia de 3 años mínimo en puesto similar en el sector farmacéutico OTC en trade marketing.
- Conocimiento profundo de las dinámicas multicanal
- Persona resolutiva, flexible, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
- Excelentes competencias organizacional, capaz de gestionar varios proyectos a la vez en un entorno dinámico

Descripción del puesto: ¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?
El Product Manager se encarga de la estrategia, planificación, desarrollo y lanzamiento de producto digital, en concreto en el ámbito de la aplicación móvil de CaixaBank. Su función es garantizar que el producto esté alineado con la estrategia general de la empresa cumpliendo con estándares de calidad tanto técnica y de diseño, garantizando una buena experiencia de usuario.
- Crear una estrategia de producto digital basada en investigación de mercado, User research, scouting de oportunidades y la visión de la empresa.
- Generar hipótesis de impacto esperado del producto en general, business case y de las funcionalidades que se definan.
- Acompañar al diseño de producto en la definición funcional de los requerimientos, casos de uso y conocimiento del producto.
- Analizar los resultados obtenidos y el feedback de clientes/usuarios e incorporarlo en el plan de evolución del producto.
- Planificar a medio y largo plazo las épicas de desarrollo y evolución teniendo en cuenta la complejidad técnica y los recursos disponibles.
- Gestionar el backlog y la relación con los distintos stakeholders, asegurando que los proyectos y las prioridades están alineados con la estrategia general de la empresa.
- Titulación superior en Ingenierías, ADE o similar
- Experiencia en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de aplicaciones móviles.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés escrito y hablado. Con capacidad para gestionar autónomamente reuniones y conversaciones por escrito con partners internacionales.
- Experiencia de 5 años en el sector financiero, se valorará el conocimiento en la cartera de productos y servicios de la entidad, en concreto en el ámbito de Pagos
- Conocimiento a alto nivel de frameworks de desarrollo backend y front-end.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de componentes UI y plataformas de diseño (Figma)
- Conocimiento de herramientas analíticas de producto (Adobe Analytics)

Your job opportunity:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to temporarily join our team (8 months) as a maternity leave replacement. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact and owner of our product family, defining the roadmap, strategy, and managing day-to-day tasks.
While the role is business-oriented, a strong technical background in hardware and industrialization is required to understand both customer needs and internal requirements from teams like Operations or Engineering.
You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch support.

You will:

You have:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

- Resolve complex or conflicting issues with suppliers independently.
- Conduct quality assurance and health and safety assessments in line with company guidelines and other relevant regulations as stipulated by the destination or Health and Safety Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales to align product procurement in destination to align with industry trends and tendencies that correspond to brand fit and business need.
- Experience in the travel industry; experience with product management, contracting, and pricing required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in travel, business administration, marketing, or equivalent
- Proficient (C-1 or higher level) in spoken and written English. Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- Advanced data analysis skills with a proven track record of working through the development of complex business solutions.
- Familiarity with working in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a data warehouse.
