Responsabilities
- Support to the Production Studio Department in the Digital Artwork area
- Contribution of ideas to the team.
- Assistance in the development of graphic and web concepts.
- Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief.
- Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs.
- Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles).
- Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
- Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere.
- Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
- Budgeting knowledge.
- How to create a brief.
- Global management of a production.
- Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).
- Contacting suppliers.
- Understanding the business of production companies.
- Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude.
- Understand how to prioritise workflow, with an ability to work under pressure towards multiple deadlines.
- Highly organized & able to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently
- Problem solving mentality.
- High level of English essential.

¿Eres un/una maestrx en la producción de eventos? ¿Llevas una IA integrada que controla proveedores, plazos, decoración y "conseguir lo imposible"? Ya estás tardando para jugar con nosotros.
Pero espera..., porque aunque esta oferta te ofrece trabajo remoto, vamos a necesitar que estés en Murcia para estar más cerca de nuestros clientes.
En esta ocasión, buscamos incorporar a un/a Producer Audiovisual y de Eventos con una experiencia de al menos 2 años.
Funciones:
- Planificación y producción de eventos, desde todos los ángulos.
- Coordinación con diferentes departamentos y stakeholders para asegurar el éxito de cada producción.
- Gestión de presupuestos y recursos, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y de calidad.
- Supervisión en tiempo real de eventos y producciones audiovisuales, cuidando cada detalle.
- Evaluación post-evento y producción para constante mejora y evolución.
Requisitos:
- Residir en Murcia
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en producción y eventos
- Destreza en la comunicación
- Buen gusto para el diseño de espacios y ambientes.
- Preferiblemente con formación en producción o gestión de eventos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y adaptarse a diferentes escenarios y desafíos.
- Persona con visión, atención al detalle y fuertes habilidades comunicativas.
- Transporte propio y vehículo/ Carné Tipo B

We want to meet you as we have opened a 6-month internship vacancy(5 hours a day Monday to Friday) for our Audiovisual Department and would like to know if you are interested. The retribution will be 500€/month.
In the internship, you will learn what day-to-day life is like in a Audiovisual Production Department. In addition, you will collaborate on real projects with a team of high-level professionals in the sector.
Responsabilities
- Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production.
- Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief.
- Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs.
- Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles).
- Assisting in the supervision of production on set.
- Overseeing, under guidance, the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production.
- Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
- Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar.
- Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere.
- Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
- Budgeting knowledge.
- How to create a brief.
- Global management of a production.
- Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).
- Contacting suppliers.
- Understanding the business of production companies.
- Learning about advertising law.
