Position Overview

We are hiring sales professionals with natural sales instincts and a willingness to support new business. You will work with Target Account Sales Executives (in the field) to create new business.
Your main tools will be market intelligence provided to you by Autodesk, Social Media, marketing campaigns and most importantly, to search and find new projects within your assigned territory. You will have the freedom to accomplish and implement your own research with the support and engagement from your manager, and exposure to management across EMEA. You will be measured on the pipeline generation you create per quarter, where you will grow new business ranging from customers transitioning from 2D to 3D software to multi-million Euro projects across EMEA.
You will gain knowledge of the software industry where Autodesk is leading the way and constant and training from our dedicated sales coaches, while having independence and autonomy in managing your own inside business. You will also be exposed to management from all different levels including CEO Level and an incredible office atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales accepted leads
- Build and nurture a strategic relationship with +100 accounts in the AEC industry
- Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers
- Listen to our prospects' needs and want, and determine if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiency
- Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices
- Corporate work experience, prior inside/software sales experience, willing to to improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-learning
- Passion to develop yourself and make your way up the Autodesk ladder
- French native or bilingual, English fluent

- Generating qualitative meetings to achieve our company objectives: put a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders, working hand in hand with the Account Executive to prepare and deliver quality meetings;
- Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries, running email campaigns to generate new sales prospects;
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM;
- Representing our company’s products: starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills

You will work closely with a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 BDR in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospection approach at Alan.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating qualitative meetings to achieve our company objectives: put a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders, working hand in hand with the Account Executive to prepare and deliver quality meetings;
- Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries, running email campaigns to generate new sales prospects;
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM;
- Representing our company’s products: starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' challenges

Este puesto se centra en la prospección Outbound. Con el fin de generar clientes potenciales y desarrollar el negocio, deberás :

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your outbound prospecting campaigns, using a mix of outreach strategies—such as emails, calls, social selling, and events—to engage prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with a high-performing Account Executive team in the Barcelona office, executing targeted prospecting strategies to create high-value opportunities.
- Leverage marketing-led demand generation campaigns, identifying and following up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads.
- Build a strong sales pipeline for the Spanish market, specifically targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
