¿Qué buscamos?
Manager para desarrollo de negocio en cuentas del Sector de Seguridad y Defensa, con el objetivo de apoyar a la organización en la consecución de sus objetivos estratégicos. Se apoyará en la oferta global de servicios de la compañía y especialmente en XTech (Hiperautomatización, Data, Ciberseguridad) que unida al conocimiento del sector/ clientes asignados, deberá permitir generar negocio de valor a la compañía.
Necesitamos un/a profesional que nos ayude en el crecimiento y posicionamiento cualitativo y cuantitativo, teniendo en cuenta los ciclos de contratación del sector.
Participando en la propuesta de proyectos para adoptar tecnologías que les permitan innovar, aumentar su eficiencia, competir y crecer en los retos digitales del sector.
Responsabilidades:
- Mantener las cuentas clientes asignadas, mejorando los niveles de conexión o interlocución interno que faciliten la gestión de proyectos activos y el crecimiento en nuevas áreas o proyectos.
- Participar en la gestión de proyectos apoyándose en los equipos asignados.
- Establecer nuevos contactos o conexiones de confianza con los principales responsables de toma de decisiones en las cuentas objetivo. Manteniéndose actualizado para conocer los posibles desafíos o retos y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades de negocio a través de las capacidades de consultoría y tecnología de Babel.
- Impulsar la consecución de resultados tangibles: alcanzar y superar los objetivos de desarrollo de negocio, gestión y rentabilidad de proyectos y posicionamiento de Babel como un socio estratégico en el sector.
Funciones:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de desarrollo de ventas para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y la participación en el mercado.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes clave en el sector.
- Comprender las necesidades de los clientes para identificar oportunidades. Preparar y presentar propuestas y presentaciones a clientes potenciales.
- Monitorizar y analizar métricas de desempeño de desarrollo de negocio, ajustando estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos fijados.
- Gestionar los planes de desarrollo de las cuentas alcanzadas, desarrollando y potenciando la relación con la cliente basada en la confianza y el valor de nuestra oferta, estableciendo vínculos que fomenten la autonomía de los equipos.
- Gestión económica/rentabilidad de las cuentas clientes y proyectos.
- Liderar proyectos/equipos: clara responsabilidad en la creación de los equipos, participación en la atracción de talento, planes de formación, desarrollo y evolución profesional.
Requerimientos del perfil:
-Formación académica preferentemente en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería.
-Formación complementaria en gestión de proyectos.
-Experiencia de 7-10 años en roles de desarrollo de negocio. Siendo un plus contar con experiencia y responsabilidad en el delivery de proyectos complejos.
-Conocimiento profundo de los productos y servicios del sector, así como de las normativas y regulaciones específicas.
Conocimientos específicos:
-Dominio de herramientas CRM y de Gestión de proyectos/económica. Capacidad para analizar datos y elaborar estrategias comerciales en grandes cuentas, así como acuerdos con terceros (realización de UTE´s).
-Conocimientos técnicos sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos en el sector. Conocimiento y experiencia en la venta de soluciones basadas en Tecnologías Exponenciales: Datos & IA e Hiperautomatización.
Perfil competencial:
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
-Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes y stakeholders clave.

EdV (Equipo Desarrollo de Versiones or Version Development Team) is a FAL area of Airbus LTA where we work on the development of the C295 versions and prototypes of this aircraft. RESPONSABILITIES:
- Collaborate with Design in the definition of the MSN 163 Transformations for the MPA program.
- Create/Update BoM/'routings'/SOI taking into account shop floor needs, time calculations and complying with Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with applicable processes.
- Specify industrial resources (Equipment, tools, tooling, machines,...) required for creation or modification.
- Communicate directly and physically participate in the routines of the production team.
- Give technical support to the workshop by providing expertise in the preparation of work.
- Responsible for configuration management support.
- Within the ME role, in supply chain management, ensure total and effective data consistency.

Main Responsibilities
- Support Global Supply Chain KPIs Reporting & Performance tracking to ensure a smooth run of the monthly performance cycles.
