providers—from yoga teachers and fitness coaches to private chefs—

relying on authentic recommendations from trusted friends and

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling content (images, videos, graphics) for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Utilize tools like Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms to create on-brand assets.
• Capture on-location photos and videos of events, providers, and local lifestyle scenes.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments,messages, and inquiries.
• Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.

Influencer & Provider Management:

• Identify and engage with local influencers and wellness experts.
• Coordinate collaborations, giveaways, and sponsored content to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain positive relationships with influencers, providers, and community members.

Influencer & Provider Management:

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute community events and workshops.
• Manage event logistics, promotions, and follow-up communications.
• Foster memorable experiences that build community engagement.

Marketing Campaign Support:

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support email marketing, blog content, and other communications that highlight our offerings.

Brand Building & Communication:

• Ensure all external communications align with behyve’s brand voice and values.
• Represent behyve at local events, workshops, and community gatherings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fluent in Spanish and English with professional-level writing and speaking skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing and photography skills.
• Basic knowledge of using ChatGPT or other AI programs.
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and community-driven experiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with influencer outreach, event planning, or community management is a plus.
• Basics wordpress coding knowledge is a plus.
